Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout ideal for families and groups. Enjoy a full wet bar, poker table, and gaming station with two Xbox consoles—ensuring fun for guests of all ages. After a day exploring, cozy up by the gas fireplace, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or take in breathtaking mountain views from the deck.
Step outside and you’ll find plenty of room to relax or play, with access to the Saco River just moments away for kayaking, tubing, or peaceful nature walks.
Perfectly located in the heart of the White Mountains, Birch Haus is minutes from hiking trails, ski resorts, tax-free outlets, crystal-clear lakes, and North Conway Village’s restaurants and shops.

We live close by if you need anything at all!
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- NO RENTERS UNDER 25
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
