Each bedroom features a connected en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. Rest comfortably in four king-sized and 1 queen-sized bed, with an additional full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the southern charm on the first and second-floor piazzas, equipped with rocking chairs, a porch swing, and an outdoor dining table. Great for large groups

Good location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone has their privacy. Lots of updated amenities.

Delicious location

Came to town for a conference with friends/colleagues and this house was not only charming and comfortable but literal steps away from some very favorite restaurants. Chez Nous, Malagon, Baba's on Cannon, The Grocery, Chubby Fish and The Ordinary are some of Charleston's best and so close! Will definitely book this beautiful home again.

Couples weekend

We arrived right after tropical storm Debby. There were a few issues but the management team at Guesthouse were extremely responsive and did their best to address anything that came up. I would recommend staying at a Guesthouse property.

Great place for a group

We were a group of 12 for a bachelorette and really enjoyed our stay here! The communication with the host was amazing. Being able to have a pool to cool off in during the August heat was so nice. Also, we were all pleasantly surprised with how many bathrooms there were! Location was great. AND we all couldn’t stop commenting on how comfortable the beds and how soft the sheets were.

Not Exactly a Great Experience

Pictures are a bit deceiving, one of the 3rd floor bedrooms is literally no bigger than than the queen size bed shown in the pictures. The total house A/C is iffy and 3rd floor was awful. When you see two dehumidifiers, and two additional portable A/C units in the 3rd floor you know you are in for an uncomfortable experience. Thank goodness we were not there in the summer months. Additionally, though we did not use the pool, it was not fit for swimming.

Girls birthday trip

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends to celebrate a birthday! The house was exactly as the listing depicted and the pool was perfect! Great location and while there is construction happening on the street it was still a wonderful trip.
