Wonderful stay, great house, proximal to Old Town

We had a brief but very fun weekend trip to Charleston, total number of us was 11. All bedrooms were appointed nicely, bathrooms were modern, the house was very clean, the decor comfortable. We walked everywhere except when we went to the southernmost areas (The Battery), which is just a short Uber ride. Would definitely stay again with a large group. We all unanimously loved the house and Charleston. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Place

We loved our stay at the Mint Julep! It was exactly as described in the listing with a great, fully stocked kitchen. We had 9 people down to Charleston for a graduation. Everyone/couple had their own bed and we all had plenty of room. I highly recommend the Mint Julep for your next stay in Charleston.

Excellent communication and accommodations. Before arrival, we received clear, concise guidance and instructions and everyone we interacted with was prompt and professional. The property itself was immaculate and very conveniently located. We will be back!

Beautiful Stay

House was amazing, we ended up getting a personal chef one night, which was recommended by the rental agency and he was fantastic. You can walk to everything, it's clean, beautiful, well stocked- could not ask for more.

The house was as advertised and really lovely. Having the pool was amazing. The beds were so comfy and the living room/kitchen area was perfect for just hanging out at the start and end of the day. Location is also perfect.Some of the printed information in the house didn’t exactly match other info from emails but nothing major. There are no plastic cups/glasses to use by the pool so we had to purchase those.Everything they outline is correct, you only have enough dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, paper products, etc for a day or two. Just go purchase that when you arrive. I would definitely recommend this and would rent again.

Perfection in Charleston

This place could not have been more perfect. The location, the parking, the pool, the property - everything. It is roomy, clean, modern, and superbly comfortable. The hosts were amazingly easy to communicate with, and very responsive! This is truly the heart of Charleston, and clean living in the high life! We will stay with these hosts again for sure!

Great house for a large Group

The house is centrally located, modern, well decorated and clean. The property manager was VERY responsive. 2 bedrooms downstairs (1 has a connecting bath) and 4 upstairs with 2 that have a connecting bath. The upstairs AC was not working well - they came out at 11pm to work on it! Great stay!

Perfect House for group of women

House was perfect for a group of women. We all got our own room and bathroom. It was easy to get Uber. Only problem was figuring out tv but really didn’t watch much.

Very nice, close to everything

The house was close to everything and was very nice. Workers were putting in utilities and preparing for placing a concrete driveway - which was rather inconvenient. Just a little more communication would have been appreciated. Other than that, would stay there again - it was great!

Very nice, everything we needed

We were very happy with this property. It had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We walked almost everywhere from it (was great that it had off-street parking for our rental car). Minor traffic noise in the morning but that's to be expected anywhere in the city. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well-appointed, and there was complimentary coffee. We enjoyed the upstairs porch very much. We would rent this property again.
