Best location in St. Joe!
We're offering the main level of our beautiful historic home weeknights, and occasional weekends during the off season. Only one block from downtown and walking distance to Silver Beach, restaurants and more.
The main level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The large windows offer plenty of natural sunlight. The front porch is a great place to relax and enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Newly renovated and designed for comfort!
We all love our pets and hate to leave them behind, so we welcome up to two well-groomed pets as long as guests agree to follow our pet rules. As a courtesy to future guests that may have severe allergies to pets, we DO NOT allow pets on the furniture or bedding, and guests must clean up any additional shedding. Pet's must be crated when left alone. Guests must pick up after them outside. We charge $50 Per pet. Please let us know if you'll be bringing a pet.

No Special events or parties allowed. No fireworks. Guests are expected to respect the house and property and leave it clean as they found it.
We allow 2 pets for a $50 fee per pet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding and must be crated when left alone. Pickup outside.
Brush sand off of your body and shake out of towels before entering the house. Rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

We stayed here for a short weekend with our 5 month old daughter and dog and had the best festive weekend since it was the Light the Bluff event in town. This house is the perfect location and SO close to everything — just a few minutes walk away! The house was clean and a great size for our family. We definitely want to come back again!!

Great location!

We had a great time! SUPER close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The interior was spacious, and very clean as well! The coastal decor was a nice touch. I could see us coming back for sure.

Great place to stay, perfect location

The home is cute, well maintained and very comfortable. Some nice touches like fresh cut flowers made us feel welcome. The location is amazing! We were able to walk to to visit the beach/lake, shopping and restaurants. The perfect location for our first visit to St. Joseph, and any future visits too.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a beautiful, quiet and historic neighborhood. Sitting on the front porch and talking to neighbors as they walked by. We would walk downtown and shop and eat. In the evening we could walk just one block to the lake and watch the sun sunset. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

Back in town for a HS reunion. Wanted to stay in downtown St Joe near the bluff, where I could access the county in all directions as well as walk around, shop, and enjoy the sound of the lake I grew up on. The weather was perfect, so really enjoyed sitting on the front porch catching up with friends. The price and location made this rental a no brainer.
