Golf Country Club Townhouse 3 bed 2.5 Bath Modern Residence 2 car garage & Patio

Our Townhouse is located within the Harlingen Country Club; a small, quiet, & very well-maintained golf community. Our neighborhood is vigilant with its own Police Dept. There’s nothing else like it: safe & quiet w/2000 sq. ft. of space; updated with a large kitchen & 2 living areas, an outdoor covered/open patio & 2 car garage. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs w/2.5 baths. Home has a modern & clean feel that’s relaxing & comfortable. You will sleep like a baby & absolutely enjoy your stay.

All the beds and bedding are new and very comfortable. The bottom floor has a light gray slate tile, upstairs is carpeted where all the bedrooms are located. House has multiple places to lounge and the kitchen has seating for eight and is well equipped. House has a foyer and rear patio that is half open and half covered (great area for kids to play). The community is beautiful and such a pleasure to take a morning run or an evening stroll. People are friendly and waive hello. It’s the friendliest and nicest place to live in Harlingen.

Another item of importance is the property location is close to both highways and a short drive to multiple dining and shopping areas.

NOTE: We’ve had our property on a separate property so rest assured this is not our first time hosting guests (super host with ALL 5 Star Reviews).

Nice place to stay

Went to visit winter texans parents nearby. House is located within a stretch of condo/duplexs. Mattresses were very comfortables but sat nearly directly on the floor on the bed frame with no box spring so anyone with mobility issues may struggle a bit.

Perfect place

I highly recommend staying here. Property owners are extremely nice and made sure that we didn’t lack anything. All essential were provided along with some welcome snacks that my kids enjoyed. Great safe neighborhood. We felt at home! 10000% recommend!

Beautiful Property/Great Host

This is a beautiful condo with lots of space for a family - it even has a quiet outdoor courtyard/patio that is very private. It is clean and located in a great, safe, walkable neighborhood and is not far from food and shopping. The owner was very responsive to messages and was able to accommodate an add-on day for us. I highly recommend!

great house in quiet neighborhood

Friends & I were visiting several birding sites in the Rio Grande Valley; this house was a great jumping off point for the numerous spots we visited. Kitchen had all the essentials. House was very clean and well kept. Garage was nice to keep our rental car off the street, not that the neighborhood felt unsafe at all.

Harlingen Townhouse

Great location in a walkable safe neighborhood. The property had everything you needed. Nice welcoming snacks, cold water and drinks. We didn’t use them but there were a lot of board games and classic movies. The host got us in there a couple of hours prior to check in and that worked out really well for us. Highly recommended

Excellent Location / Safe and Secure

Richard was really helpful. my father in law passed away suddenly and we had two days to come back home to Austin and then go back for the funeral. I was looking for a safe location and I was pleased. Thanks for the snacks you provided. being such short notice we were super hungry when we checked in. My wife loved the towels for make-up and I love that you had a power strip with a USB port. That should be standard. Our adult boys were able to come for the funeral and it was great to have the space for them as well. Thank you. I will be rent with them again if needed in the future.
