Step inside to an inviting open-concept main level where the kitchen shines with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a breakfast bar that seats four—perfect for casual meals or entertaining. A versatile first-floor guest bedroom features a Murphy bed, doubling as a home office or extra sleeping space.

It was great. The view of the ocean from the rooftop porch was a bit of a stretch. And it was implied it was on the larger porch. But otherwise we loved it and would rent again.

Good 2nd Time Stay

This is the second year we rented this house for our one week beach vacation. There were 9 of us total (two families) with 5 kids total. We enjoyed our stay again this year. The house is pretty close to the beach - it's about a 7 minute walk. It's very close to the pool too, about a 5 minute walk. The house is clean and nice, but there are a few things this year that I noticed that would make the stay better, which I communicated directly with the property management company. Those things are minor, but when you're staying for a week they make a big difference - some of those things were: no hand towel racks in 3 of the 4 bathrooms. You have to put your hand towel on the counter which gets old after a week, the propane tank was empty for the fire pit - disappointing, there is no actual grill. It's a Blackstone and it was very dirty so we did not use it (even though we had bought groceries to be able to grill and ended up having to cook our meat inside). It would be nice if there was a vaccuum because coming in from the beach (even though we showered outside) leaves sand on the floor. There's also not many blankets - would be nice to have extras. The landscaping is overgrown and needs to be trimmed. We had to duck through the landscaping to get to the back door. The beach tram NEVER came to our stop. We only saw the tram ONE TIME on our way back from the beach. So we had to walk to the beach every day. Which got old when you're carrying supplies for two families.

A Little R&R - thumbs up!

The house, location, and nearby services were ideal for six adults. We used the community pool and the tram service to the beach (which was so convenient), and enjoyed nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and markets which are all within biking or walking distance. The listing was a bit unclear as to whether or not beach items were on hand (they were not), so we missed the chance to use the provided credit for rentals since the order has to be placed by 4pm and not even guaranteed before 6pm the next day. Having said that, there is a service on the beach that offers same day chair and umbrella rentals if you get there early (9am) and they haven't sold out. This is so much more convenient than carrying chairs back and forth and no carts with wheels can be taken to the beach due to the number of steps to the beach. There are no beach towels at the house but plenty of bath towels that can serve a dual purpose. This house was in the BEST location if you don't require (or want to pay for) a beach view. The rental company was slow to respond to an inquiry over the weekend, but nothing was urgently needed.

Cute beach house close to everything!

We just completed a one week stay at Little R&R and absolutely loved it. The location was fantastic. Close to the community resort style pool and easy walking distance to Seacrest beach, Seacrest shops and restaurants, Rosemary beach/shopping area too! We also loved that the beach tram stop was two houses down so we could easily take that as well, although sometimes it took quite a while after calling. The house has a balcony off every room, two cute porches and a roof level space with a fire pit. It was so nice to sit outside and drink coffee in the morning!! The lagoon pool was awesome!! Things I wish I knew beforehand: All of the local beaches are deeded. With the house you get access to Seacrest beach. It’s super clean and so beautiful!! I wish I had known Seacrest and other private beaches do not allow canopies, wagons or anything with wheels. You can either rent their chair/umbrella setups or bring your own chairs and umbrella but no canopies. And be prepared to carry everything up and down a long flight of stairs. The area where you are allowed to put your own stuff is very limited and gets very crowded. So be prepared to be limited on space unless you come early in the morning (before 9) or late in the afternoon. But once we figured all this out we were able to make it all work and had a great time. Also, everyone rides bikes & walks everywhere! You can drive to the local shops & restaurants but parking is limited. We loved the house and area & will be back!
