Step from your private patio into the Little River! Walking distance to AWESOME! Too many amenities to mention, 2 bed (1 queen - 1 king, queen sleeper sofa) newly remodeled. First floor, end unit lures your presence with this peaceful and relaxing setting



The Space:

Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 6 comfortably . The scenery is remarkable, the birds and wild life abound.

Full access to condo, river-frontage, parking in front of first floor unit



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, peaceful environment sounds of river and wildlife abound



Getting Around:

Walkable location to several restaurants, Post office, grocery store, ACE hardware.

Bikes are available for rent at Townsend Mercantile, shopping is close by



Other Things to Note:

There is no barrier (no fence) between river and grassy area behind condo - please be mindful of children

The entire experience was amazing, from reservation to check-in to arrival. The place is absolutely fantastic, very comfortable, peaceful with beautiful views. Host was extremely helpful.

Perfect condo and perfect location for our weekend getaway. First time to Townsend - we loved it because of how quiet it is. The condo is exactly as described - well furnished and well decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Loved being right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the patio! We also loved being close to Cades Cove - about a 20 minute drive. Meredith was attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo!

Great location

Excellent location for our purposes. Easy to get away to Cades Cove, in a peaceful neighborhood, close to eating and shopping, yet not in a high traffic area. We will return!

Perfect hetaway

The condo was “as advertised.” No surprises.The patio on the river is just a fantastic place to hang out and let your troubles float on down the river. Perfect stay.

A Very Nice Stay

This quiet property is on the lower level which is super handy. It is decorated nicely, is clean and had everything we needed. The patio is really nice to hear the river and watch the birds from. We especially like that eateries are in walking distance and we look forward to going back!

Hook, Wine and Sinker

This was a lovely well appointed Condo. Located in nice quiet location with the Little River bubbling past your rear patio. Decor includes personal artwork by the owner in every room. Looking forward to a future visit.

Little River Condo.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Lovely decor. The view of the river with ducks and geese was so calming. Meredith and Jody were very quick to answer all my questions. Good restaurants were nearby. Can’t wait to go back.
