Spacious condo with 3 bedrooms on upper level and a large lower level with 2 leather pull out sofa sleepers (the new ones that are comfortable with a 3 inch temper pedi mattress) and a 75" TV. Room for all groups and families to have their own space.
6 Miles from the Capital
Just a short uber to downtown Madison!!
Walking distance - 1-2 blocks to restaurants, spa, wine bar, grocery store, Starbucks, movie theatre, gym, Target, Cabela's, Noodles, Macs, Crumble cookie, Costco...and many many more.
Enjoy your visit with your family/friends on the front deck, with gas grill and lounging area.

We could not be more happy with our stay in this house. The house is very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. I contacted the host numerous times and each time she responded quickly and politely. I would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic property with adorable decor, very comfortable beds and sheets, very clean, and perfect for ours needs for our extended-family vacation. Everything we needed within the house was easy to find, fantastic quality kitchenware for the light baking we did, and the welcome binder was extremely informational and helpful for a smooth check-out process. GORGEOUS porch that we enjoyed each morning to drink some coffee, and fantastic location to a walking trail and public park for the kids. Highly recommend this location and host!

What a cozy get away for a girls night! Fireplace was very welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to cook dinner and the beds were SOOOOO comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Very clean and a great setup for our 8 women to enjoy the girls trip we had in Madison for our State Bowling weekend. This is definitely a 5 star stay. If I could give one suggestion, a blow dryer would be a great addition. Otherwise the host had everything covered. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Thanks for a great weekend!

The place is very nice and clean and the host responded to a couple of my questions pretty quickly. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but we only stayed one night so wasn’t a big deal.

To many stairs that we were not made aware of. Has no egress in the basement in case of fire. Was very clean and well stocked.

My apologies if it was not clear as to the steps. All pictures I have of my outside shows the steps leading up to the building. There are also many notes as to three levels in the unit - which of course would mean stairs. Sorry it was not what you were looking for. My window in the basement does have an egress and is definitely per code. I am not able to be licensed without this. Not sure if you missed something with this? My apologies that my unit was not suited for your group. I try to accommodate all of my guests and strive for a 5 star - disappointing that I wasn't able to meet that standard for your group. :-(
