Located in the heart of Downtown Sun Prairie, this pet-friendly, two bedroom apartment is within walking distance to all the best shopping and dining! The unit is fully stocked with kitchenware, bedding, towels, and basic supplies. (Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided)
The Space:
The space is fully updated with brand new flooring, and appliances, and boasts trendy furnishings!
Guest Access:
Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is located on the square in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!
Getting Around:
Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.
Other Things to Note:
Ample street parking available for use. On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
