AnaCapri Estate is a remarkable place. Before the trip, we were thinking the pictures/videos were too good to be true. When we got there, we realized the pictures don’t even do it justice! The view from the back patio is unbelievable. We (two families of 5) spent a lot of time reading, relaxing, beaching, boating, grilling, touring, etc. I think we saw the whole island and almost all of the BVI. It’s great to see the island has made tremendous progress since Irma, but there’s more work to do (no real food options yet at Brewers, Josiah’s or Lamberts, with the Lambert Beach Resort particularly hard hit. Cane Garden Beach seemed to have made the most progress, but for that reason it's also the most crowded). Road Town is a short drive away, but the villa is in a world of its own. It's worth noting that driving on Tortola takes a little while to get used to (driving on the left on sometimes very steep hills/switchbacks), but after some initial anxiety it quickly becomes an adventure.
Karen was great through the process, and the people they have helping them on the Island are great.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
