Nestled in the heart of nature, the cottage is a 12-minute drive from Mont Ham. <br>The cottage is located on a nature-filled property, near a small pond and the Nicolet River waterfalls, all of which create an enchanting panorama. You’ll have access to the water to cool off!<br><br>Le Petit Chaleureux is located on a private estate with several cottages in Ham-Nord. You’ll love the comfort it offers. The setting is quiet, peaceful, and ideal for stargazing. From the balcony, you can watch the sun set over the river that runs through the estate. <br>You’ll have access to a swimming area located 50 meters from the cottage—a 1-minute walk away—where you can watch the river’s waterfalls, go for a swim, and kayak (2 children’s kayaks included).<br><br>The living room, kitchen, and dining room are open-concept, creating a spacious and cozy atmosphere. The wood-burning fireplace is available to warm up your winter evenings. A supply of firewood is provided for your stay, and additional firewood is available for an extra charge. <br><br>The cottage features 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom, and 1 shower room. You’ll have access to a well-equipped kitchen, bedding, a 6-person four-season hot tub, Netflix, a separate game room accessible via a walkway—featuring a propane fireplace that’s operational in the fall and winter (mid-November to early April)— a pool table, an air hockey table, and a dartboard, as well as an outdoor playground with play equipment for children.
