The accommodation offered is a private, self-contained unit located on our property. The main house is occupied by the owners. The rented areas are reserved exclusively for guests, with their own access and spaces as described in the listing.

Elegant Bedrooms for Maximum Comfort:
• Bedroom 1 – “Le Vicomte”: Queen bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, private bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, 50’’ TV with FireTV, views of the main entrance, backyard, and forest.
• Bedroom 2 – “Le Grand-Duc”: Queen bed, private bathroom with double whirlpool tub and separate shower, view of the pool.

Relaxation Room – “La Marquise Boudoir”
A perfect space for reading or working, featuring games, books, a small work desk with chair, and two single lounge chairs. Fun and relaxing for kids and adults alike.

Wonderful stay at this property! We enjoyed the hot tub and got to roast marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by piles of snow and serene forest. The host was very easy to reach and answered all of our questions promptly. The layout of the apartment worked really well for our group (1 adult 3 teenagers). We would absolutely book this property again, maybe during the warmer months when we can take advantage of the pool and outdoor spaces. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay here! The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely, and there were many extra little things that we really appreciated (bottle of wine, robes, etc) The host was great with communication and very kind and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Great place that is well-kept. The Hot Tub was great even though it was winter! Great small towns and great restaurants all around. The owner was so helpful! Only great things to say about this place! We plan to go back in the summer.

Comfortable and clean

We stayed at le vicomte and grand duc for 3 days during winter. Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay for a family of 4 and could work for 6 comfortably. Very clean and it had everything you need. I was able to cook meals for my family easily as everything i meed is on hand. The communication with the owner is easy thru email and Marie is very nice and welcoming. Highly recommen and would definitley go back during summer i meed is

Fantastic Getaway

My wife and I travel quite a bit, and this was *easily* one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! Everything is exactly as pictured in the VRBO posting: beautiful property grounds, extremely clean, excellent furniture and facilities, and convenient, private location. We absolutely *loved* the hot tub, and though we didn't use the pool (it was January!) or the on-site gym and sauna, we were impressed with how nice those amenities were as well. Little touches like robes and a bottle of wine were the icing on the cake for a great visit for us. Book with confidence and enjoy the opportunity to get away from the stress of every day life!

All good but!!!

Everything was fine and dandy but there was a strange smell at the entrance of the master bedroom which we had to leave the windows open even if it got cold because the odour was intense! We tried to make the most of it and there were more positives than negatives!

The previous tenants loved to cook and stayed for several days. During cleaning, the windows are opened to ventilate the rooms, odors or not. The departure and arrival times were perhaps too short. We have taken note of your comments and have already implemented adaptations to prevent the inconvenience from recurring. We are happy to know that apart from this inconvenience your stay went well. Faucet was clogged but used the other one which was fine , house had a little order but opened windows to air out which helped , felt like was constantly being watched constantly being messaged or she would walk out and talk to us wasn’t relaxing , also was sitting around the fire 2 men and she messaged and called multiple times about the noise when we were being super quiet was uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend if privacy is a priority on your get away .

Vous avez réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il y avait 3 voitures dans le stationnement lors de mon arrivée. Vous vous êtes excusé et vous avez payé la différence de 60$ en surplus, mais en réalité, il y avait 3 enfants et 4 adultes. Je vous ai dit que c'est correct pour le troisième enfant sans frais. Je vous ai avisé que le règlement dit de ne pas ramener de visiteur, vous m'avez dit OK. La nuit de samedi, un pick-up et un suv rouge sont restés plusieurs heures. Je vous ai demandé de baisser la musique et que vos visiteurs doivent quitter. J'ai une caméra sur le parking, alors oui, il y a de la surveillance et oui, nous voyons qui rentre ou sort de la propriété. Il y a des règles et vous devez les respecter. Samedi vrbo a été avisé et on m'a recommandé d'appeler les policiers, mais par respect pour les trois enfants innocents, je ne l'ai pas fait. Vous m’avez répondu le lendemain que vous êtes désolé car vous vous êtes endormi et vous n’avez rien entendu…lolll..Lors de votre 2e journée vous m’aviser que l’évier est boucher, je vous offre que mon mari monte voir, vous me dites que non pas besoin vous utilisez celle de la cuisinette, mais en réalité vous avez volontairement saboté l'évier en versant du détergent en poudre. Le plombier a confirmé que c’était du sabotage. Vous avez le culot de me mentir effrontément. Et vous faites bien de ne pas me recommander à vos semblables. Merci de réserver ailleurs.

C'était une très bonne valeur pour le prix et parfait pour nos besoins pendant notre petit séjour dans les cantons de l'est. Le logement n'est pas loin des commerces à Val des Sources, et il y a plusieurs villages très cute à 20-30 minutes de route dans toutes les directions.Le terrain est serein, beau, et bien soigné. On a bien aimé le jacuzzi, ce qui fonctionne bien. L'espace interieur est bien équipé avec plein de petites attentions qui faisaient une différence.Marie répond vite lorsqu'il y a des questions, avec une communication efficace et bienveillante. Ces attentes étaient très claires pour le check-out et son suivi après notre départ au sujet d'un gâteau oublié était bien gentil. Merci!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour d’une semaine à cet endroit, mais certaines informations me semblent pertinentes à donner à quiconque aimerait louer cet emplacement. Il s’agit de renseignements qui n’étaient pas clairement énoncés ;- Il y a une vingtaine de marches d’escalier à monter/descendre à chaque fois que vous voulez sortir de l’appartement en location. Je ne recommanderais donc pas cette place à des personnes à mobilité réduite, des personnes âgées ou de très jeunes enfants qui commencent à marcher. Il faut aussi prévoir les bras nécessaires pour transporter vos bagages dans ces escaliers.-Le propriétaire est sur place pratiquement toute la journée et fait le tour du terrain matin et soir pour s’assurer que rien n’a bougé. C’est bien correct, mais dans notre cas, ça nous enlevait un peu le sentiment d’être en vacances. Nous avions plus le sentiment d’être surveillé.-La piscine creusée n’est pas chauffée. Nous étions en août avec des températures normales de saison et l’eau variait entre 68-70F. -Il y a des lumières LED format « poc » sans système d’ancrage près de la zone de stationnement. Vous allez vous le faire dire si vos jeunes enfants les déplacent. Nous comprenons très bien qu’il est important de prendre soin des biens d’autrui, mais avec un enfant de 4 ans, c’est le genre de chose qui peut arriver. Concernant les marches, celles-ci sont bien visibles sur les photos de l’annonce, puisque le logement est situé à l’étage. Il est effectivement important que les voyageurs consultent attentivement les photos et la description afin de s’assurer que l’endroit correspond à leurs besoins. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, mais nous recevons régulièrement des familles et des personnes âgées autonomes sans difficulté. Pour ce qui est de notre présence sur place, nous habitons effectivement la propriété adjacente et faisons une tournée quotidienne du terrain, principalement pour l’entretien et la sécurité des installations (piscine, parc, sentier et aménagements, etc.). Cela fait partie de notre engagement à offrir un environnement propre et sécuritaire, tout en respectant l’intimité de nos invités. La piscine est creusée et non chauffée, tel qu’indiqué dans l’annonce. La température peut varier selon la météo. Il y a déjà un spa et sauna qui est des éléments de chaleur. Concernant les lumières extérieures situées dans la partie privée du terrain, nous tenons simplement à préserver nos installations. Nous comprenons que les enfants soient curieux, mais nous demandons que les parents veillent à ce que les objets décoratifs ne soient pas déplacés afin d’éviter des bris ou des frais inutiles. Nous remercions nos voyageurs de prendre le temps de bien lire l’annonce complète avant de réserver afin d’éviter toute déception.

Confort, tranquillité et accueil impeccable

Nous avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le logement est spacieux, chacun disposait de son propre espace, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre confort.Tout est bien pensé pour un séjour agréable, nous avions un accès illimité au jacuzzi, au sauna et à la piscine (creusée et grande), des installations très appréciées qui permettent de vraiment se détendre. L’environnement est calme, reposant, et propice à la relaxation.Le lieu propose plusieurs aménagements extérieurs très agréables : plusieurs petits salons de jardin, balancelle, hamac, ainsi que des sentiers pour se promener en forêt. Il y a également des jeux pour les plus jeunes.Les propriétaires sont discrets tout en étant très disponibles, ce qui est un équilibre parfait. Ils répondent rapidement aux questions, ce qui est vraiment rassurant et pratique.Enfin, les commodités (épiceries, pharmacie, etc.) sont accessibles en 6-7 minutes en voiture.Un excellent endroit que nous recommandons chaleureusement. Une expérience à faire et à refaire.

Belle place tranquille
