This completely renovated, bright unit has a spectacular golf course and water view from your double-sided lanai overlooking the 38-acre lake. Walking distance to main club house, golf, tennis and fitness center make this one of the best units in Heritage Palms. There is something for everyone! 36 holes of golf, 8 har-tru tennis courts, 9 pools, 3 restaurants, pickleball, state of the art fitness center, poolside tiki bar, bocci ball and and walking trails galore!

Heritage Palms only accepts bookings of a minimum of 28 days. It is a secure, gated community with an HOA application process to be completed 10 days in advance, so please plan accordingly. There is an application form/background check, that must be completed with the Association and an application fee of $495 (this has not been included in your booking fees) that is a membership transfer fee.
