Heritage Palms is a highly sought after golf and tennis resort community. This desired end unit has the largest floor plan in the terraces. The "Colonnade" includes two split bedrooms and a separate den/office with a couch. The unit has a spectacular golf course and water view from your double-sided lanai overlooking the 18th hole of the 38-acre lake. Walking distance to main club house, golf, tennis and fitness center make this one of the best units in Heritage Palms. There is something for everyone! 36 holes of golf, 8 har-tru tennis courts, 9 pools, 3 restaurants, pickleball, state of the art fitness center, poolside tiki bar, bocci ball and and walking trails galore!
