House was adequate but not cozy/pool was beautiful except had to request it be cleaned and lost water a few times which made filter not work but the largest pool we ever saw. The living room is a step down & since floor is all the same it is very dangerous we ended up putting up baby gates to navigate the up & down-overall very clean/do need staples like salt pepper-pot holders-basic stuff-good price for 4 bedroom-btw terrible pillows

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the pool and found the home clean and a good value for a 4-bedroom stay. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything needs attention so we can address it right away. For example, we're happy to service the pool, provide additional household items, or swap out things like pillows if something isn't comfortable. Our goal is always to make sure guests are fully enjoying their stay. For future guests, the home does have a step-down living room, which is shown in the listing photos, but we appreciate the feedback and will review whether additional visual cues may be helpful.
