Bring the whole family! Casa Grande is comprised of two homes set on one large property in the picturesque Lakeside Community.
Each has stunning views, comforts, and amenities and is centrally located in Tronadora, a central location for day-tripping to the beach, La Fortuna, Monteverde, Rio Celeste and so much more. Our community boasts a large gathering space `The Hive` a salt-water pool, huge sunning patios and shade as well as Cafe Mariola where breakfast is offered daily along with evening options and take home meals. The space
With 4 master suites, there is no need to flip a coin to decide who gets the bedroom with the ensuite bath. Please note that one of the suites is located separately from the main house. Separated only by the shared patio. This is wonderful for multi-generational families who are traveling together. Grandma and Grandpa take the separate in-law suite and the kids and grandkids have the main houses.

Our kitchens provide the perfect backdrop for a delicious meal. Spend your time prepping and staring out the front patio doors at Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano - it takes the work right out of the job. Then enjoy dinner at the dining room table or the outdoor patio table, undercover with twinkling lights overhead.

You have the entire 1.5-acre property to yourselves.

Allowing others to use our home grants us the freedom to travel around the country. We may not be on-site but we are available anytime needed by text and telephone. We have helpers in the community should a need arise that we cannot see to personally.

Vistas Del Lago is a uniquely designed gated community overlooking beautiful Lake Arenal and Vulcan Arenal. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountainside while listening to toucans croaking, parrots chirping and monkeys howling in the trees, some of which may be on the property you are staying in.

Our community is comprised of ex-pat and national residents alike. Some residents live here year-round while for others this is their vacation home.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However, we have had guests who came without one, and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.

We have plenty of parking area.

This community has 24-hour gated access. On-site security provides peace of mind that you and your belongings will be safe and secure.
The community is gated so access will be initially granted by security. A gate fob will be provided to you for easy access in and out of the community.

approved pets must be on leash in the community and are not permitted on the clubhouse property.
