Located just south of the downtown and minutes from your front door you will find boutique shops, fine-dining restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, fitness studios and more.
Enjoy the skyline of Calgary from the private top deck and relax in the multiple areas of the home.
This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, including a SubZero fridge and Miele convection oven. On the back private gated patio you will find a full-size BBQ, fireplace and sitting area.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with a second living room that also can become a bedroom, game room or to use as a private workspace.

Perfect place
A wonderful experience. I cant express how welcoming it was and how helpful the owner and her sister have been. I loved the home, its location to restaurants and just the good feeling i get by living here.

The townhome is set up for executive style luxury with every amenity included. An underground private garage and elevator from garage level to the third floor primary bedroom makes transporting people and goods a breeze.
