Should any of these occur during your stay, rest assured — we’ll notify you in advance and provide support to ensure your comfort.
✨House Rules and Service Agreement
Please take a moment to review the following statements and declarations. By confirming this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and authorize us to deliver the full range of services for your booking through our digital guest experience platform, Enso Connect.
1. Pre-arrival Requirements
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, the primary guest who booked the reservation is required to complete the following steps prior to arrival.
• Contact Information: Provide full name, email, and phone number.
• Identity Verification: Upload clear copies of government-issued photo ID.
• Agreement Confirmation: Review and sign the House Rules & Service Agreement.
• Security Deposit/Damage Waiver: Choose either a fully refundable deposit (CAD$500) or damage waiver purchase (CAD$50).
2. House Rules
Please review and respect the following guidelines.
• Check-in Time: 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available for a fee of CAD$25; please reach out in advance to confirm availability).
• Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM (a fee of CAD$30 may apply if checkout is more than 15 minutes late; over 2 hours late may incur an additional nightly charge).
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM — 9:00 AM for everyone’s comfort.
• Parties/Events: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at all times.
• No Pets: To maintain cleanliness and comfort.
• Guest Limit & Visitors: Only registered guests may stay; unlisted visitors require prior approval.
• No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove shoes at entry and use the provided mat.
• No food/Drinks in Bedrooms: Water only, please.
• No Smoking / Vaping: Prohibited for all substances, including tobacco, cannabis, and herbal products.
• Property Security: Lock doors and windows when home or away.
• No Illegal Activities: Full compliance with local laws.
• Smoke Detector: Safety-certified detector installed for your protection.
3. Policy Enforcement & Fees:
To maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly ask guests to adhere to the house rules and policies outlined above.
• Minor violations may result in additional cleaning fees or fines.
• Serious infractions (e.g., unregistered guests, smoking, excessive mess) may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
4. Kindly Requests & Check-out Reminder:
Please take care of the following when possible.
• Dishwasher: Please place all used dishes, mugs, and utensils in the dishwasher, and start a cycle.
• Laundry: Please load used towels and bedding into the in-unit washing machine, and begin a wash.
• Trash Removal: Please place all garbage in a secured bag, and either ①Leave it neatly on the shoe mat, or ②Dispose of it in the bins located in the Garbage Room on P1.
Before check out, please double check the following.
• Keys & Rentals: Please leave key fobs and any rental items on the kitchen counter. Missing key fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250 each. Fees also apply for other missing or damaged items.
• Final Check: Kindly ensure all personal belongings are packed and that all lights are turned off.
5. Guest Safety Guidelines:
Your safety is our top priority. Please take a moment to review these important guidelines:
• Hot Water: Adjust temperature carefully to avoid scalding. Always supervise young children during bath time.
• Stove & Oven: Turn off when not in use; use oven mitts and keep flammables away.
• Kitchen Knives: Handle with care and keep out of children’s reach.
• Fire Extinguisher: Located beside the washer in the living room — for emergency use only.
• Parking: ①Clearance Height — Entrance clearance is 2.1m(6’10.5’). Please confirm your vehicle’s total height including roof racks. ②Security — Drive through and STOP until the underground parking gate has fully closed behind you. ③Visitor Parking — Do NOT park in visitor parking spots. ④Parking Etiquette — Park fully within the lane lines, leaving adequate space for nearby vehicles.
6. Liability Disclaimer:
By confirming this reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that they assume all risks associated with their stay. The property owner/management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage to personal items.
