Do not let the outside of this cottage scare you away. The inside is adorable with old beach cottage vibes. They have updated the paint and most flooring. One bedroom needs a little TLC(the yellow one). The carpet and bed need replaced in this room. The master bath is so big. You could put a queen size bed in it.
The kitchen is updated with duel ovens. We
Would definitely stay here again. The washer and dryer were brand new. The only suggestion I have is OPEN UP THE CLOSED IN PORCH!! We would have loved to be able to sit on the porch and enjoy the evenings. Thanks again for helping us have a great family vacation!

Don't Stay Here
This house is in an excellent location, mere feet away from the boardwalk and beach. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part about our stay. Communication was very frustrating leading up to our stay. There was initially a policy that linens would be an extra charge, and I could not get a response from the management company for months as to how I could pay that charge to ensure the beds had sheets. Once we got there, the house was absolutely filthy. The carpets were very stained and wet, and the couch was stained. Some of the furniture was broken, including a box spring that resulted in the mattress (and me) falling through to the ground in the middle of the night. The house was sparsely appointed (no hand towels or hand soap in the bathrooms, no sponge in the sink for dishes, one small lamp for light in most rooms). And worst of all, we discovered a window air conditioner that was covered in mold on the inside. The management company seemed not to care about any of these complaints. I would recommend that you stay literally anywhere but here.
