Great stay

Very nice property with easy access to a lot of things centrally located nice short walk to the beach and boardwalk didn’t need to do much driving and have to pay extra for parking

Pleasant stay, great location

The location was great, very close to the boardwalk and beach. The home was a great set up for large family getaways. There are a lot of stairs, including a large step from the kitchen into the dining area, so anyone with mobility issues should use caution. It was fairly clean, but a few fixtures and rugs are worn out. The siding and windows around outside porch areas needed a good power washing. Also, the AC is very finicky and did not work on the main floor and bottom floor when we arrived, but the management company was polite and quick to fix it when we could reach them the following day. No issues after that for the rest of the week. (note: we where there during a heat wave).All in all, I would stay there again because of the location and layout of the property.

Bike Weed 2023

Great for a group of 6 of us. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, and the best part was the garage to park the bikes at night. Close to everything. Awesome place.

Great vacation spot

Fabulous location! Only minutes walking to the beach and boardwalk. The property was clean and up-to-date with all amenities to have a good time. Parking was great for our 3 vehicles. Eight adults in our group slept comfortably all week. The 2 balconies were spacious and relaxing!! We vacation in OC every year and this is the first property that we plan to rebook again next year!

Room to spread out

We enjoyed our stay in the Captains View Villas 1. The unit was a short 3 block walk to the boardwalk and beach. With 4 bedrooms we had plenty of room to spread out and to be comfortable. There was parking for our 3 vehicles 2 of which were in the garage. The unit was well equipped and had many games which our grandkids enjoyed for hours. We would definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

Very misleading

I would never stay in this unit ever again. This unit is very dirty and not kept after. The carpets were filthy and our kids feet were black. We had ants in the kitchen in a few of the bedrooms and they really didn’t do anything but give us some ant spray. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been in Ocean City for over 20 years and I’m This type of experience. We stayed in unit four in the same building a few years ago and it was nice. But unit number one is not taken care of. It was just a very dirty place

Dirty

Our house we stayed at was dirty. It was not properly cleaned. I have pictures to upload from not even being there 30 minutes and my daughters feet was black from the floors. Other people who stayed before us wet musky clothes was in the washer. The walls was dirty the shower in the master bedroom was gross and didn’t get hot water! Also the bed was not cleaned at all they left a tone of sand on the underneath trundle bed and they came to fix the issues and left that bed it is still the same was as when we got there. The 2nd up Stairs bedroom looked like dried up blood on the mattress cover! I can go on and on over all I’m very disappointed in the way the property was taken care of it’s one thing about the kids damaging the place before we came but the house keepers got 1 job and that is to CLEAN BEFORE new people come in to stay. And that was NOT done! Over all id say area good house would have been “ okay “ but it was dirty for the price paid I am very much not happy at all. I feel I should be given most of my money back for the stay. House cleaner was supposed to come back the 2nd day to Finish cleaning and never came! Absolutely worst experiences ever!

Ocean City August 2019

Great location, walking distance to beach. Great parking enough for 3 cars plus additional street parking is available right in front of the property. Modern place, well stocked. Overall minor cleanliness issues...shower door tracks need attention, under bed needed attention, but overall I would rent this place again.

Property is dirty and has a lot of wear and tear

This property is kept up well. There are stained carpets, broken door stops, marks on walls, etc. it is also dirty. We walked into unmade beds, trash under beds (including condom wrappers, and sand filled showers. Our 5th day there the A/C broke and we were asked to leave the beach to come move our cars after being told we would not need to me at the house. Owner and property manager is not care about our complaints. It’s just a money maker for them.

Very Nice Place! We will return

The property is well kept and very beautiful. The location is convenient to the boardwalk, bus line and activities. The combination lock system to enter the condo is a great idea. When you have more than one visitor it is nice not to worry about getting a key to them or losing a key at the beach. The condo is very roomy and the décor is very pleasing. 3 parking spaces was great. We will stay with you again! Thank you
