TOES IN THE WATER (even in winter)! After enjoying your Nespresso coffee from one of two sunrooms or one of two decks, while getting a small view of the ocean, walk over to Easton's beach or walk a little further to Surfers/Sachuest Beach. Decisions Decisions. Upon your return, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset views before you hop in the car or uber 5 minutes drive to one of the many bars and restaurants in downtown Newport. Feeling more lowkey, then walk to the local bars, restaurants, shops right here in Middletown.

This home is great for generational families, Newport Beach House wedding family and guests, couples, girlfriends vacations, long winter retreats. Think you are seeing double? Our home boasts two kitchens, two family rooms, two sunrooms, two decks, four bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. This beach style home has been designed with a lot of attention to detail, wanting our guests to feel like they are on a true getaway.

2200 sq.ft. - Large outdoor space - Lots of indoor relaxing spaces for groups to gather
Bedroom - Premium mattresses used at high end hotels. (Bedroom 1.) 1 Queen Bed & 1 Twin Bed (Bedroom 2.) 1 Queen Bed & 1 Twin Bed (Bedroom 3.) 2 Queen Beds (Bedroom 4.) 2 Twin Beds

OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious outdoor seating area, patio seating for at least 12, firepit, large yard with cornhole, large outdoor table with chairs, grill, hot/cold outdoor shower, two decks, privacy fence.
INDOOR LIVING: House is split in two halves (zoned as two family, but renting as one). Sunroom enters you into both sides. Front side (street side) includes first floor kitchen, 1/2 bath, living room, second floor includes two bedrooms and full bath. Back side of house includes first floor kitchen, full bath, living room, additional sunroom, second floor includes two bedrooms and full bath, and additional deck with five adirondack chairs.
KITCHENS: Both kitchens are fully equipped, tables each seat 6 comfortably, Nespresso maker with pods, Keurig, toaster, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware.
GENERAL: Free wifi, large 55+ flat-screen TV's, linens/regular and beach towels, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, first aid kit, hairdryer, steamer, trash bags, paper towels.
PARKING: 4 legal parking spots.

Lisa's property is great and exactly as advertised. It's 2 completely separate identical units connected by a shared porch which makes it great for 2 families. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The outdoor shower is amazing! Lisa's communication was prompt and helpful and she went out of her way to provide thoughtful recommendations for nearby beaches. House is a 4 minute walk to First beach and a 4 minute drive to second beach. About a 7 minute drive to downtown Newport. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family House

House is great for large groups and family coming together. So nice to have two kitchens and living rooms to spread out. Lisa and Jeff were wonderful host!

Awesome vacation

The check-in process was clearly stated in the welcoming email. The house was bright, sunny, and nicely decorated. There was ample seating for the number of beds. The amenities were accurately represented. Plenty of pillows and towels. We enjoyed the outdoor seating.We chose this location because of its proximity to a family member's house. The house provided a terrific location for an awesome extended family vacation. Thank you for the great memories.

Marathon weekend

We couldnt”t have asked for a better place to spend our trip to Middletown for the Newport Marathon. Such a convenient location to the start and finish. Also so close to the Cliff Walk. Lisa is a great host. Very accommodating and communicative. There is so much entertaining space @ this property. It was clean, well furnished, nicely decorated. My family did not want to leave. Highly recommend this property and Lisa as host

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located near the beach. We were able to walk to the public access entrance.

Wonderful Property

Our family stayed here for a week and is already looking forward to going back! Very clean property and just as described! The owner was easy to get ahold of and communicated with us before we got there about any questions we had. Walk to beach and 5 minutes from Newport. Loved it!

Wonderful Beach House

Lisa was a terrific host, she introduced herself and was available to answer all my tons of questions that I had before arriving to the house. The whole family was happy with the house and the way it was setup. It was described correctly with being two houses in one, which my 17 yo and 11 yo loved, they felt like they had their own house. I stayed on the other side w my 6 and 9 yo. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants in Middletown and a very short drive over to the cliff walk and Newport. The decor of the house was like walking into a lovely hotel by the beach, everything blue and white, which I loved, attention to details was evident. Beds were super comfortable, AC worked great, towels and toiletries were provided and even a few other things, which was lovely and unexpected. The house was clean and well maintained. Lisa provided instructions for wifi and digital keys, even after we check-out, the next day she let me know we left a sweatshirt there and mailed it back to us! Super kind and thoughtful. I will definitely try to stay there again!!

Hi guests, So you are meeting the forever hopeless romantic. Little did I know that Sunday afternoon at Castle Hill in Newport RI in 1994 I would meet my forever best friend and future husband. Three children later and years of memories, we have once again established roots back on Aquidneck Island where good things happen. The golden rule - once you come over the bridge to our little piece of heaven, negative energy must be left behind. If followed, you will leave the island with great memories, dreaming of your next trip back. Let us help you make this happen! When not working on the three homes we have here in Middletown, we love spending time with our three very active adult children, traveling, playing tennis and just loving life!
