Great beach cottage with 4 bedrooms & can walk to beach & restaurants as well.3rd year returning to this welcoming cottage with great amenities & inviting decor with nice kitchen & dining room. Great covered outdoor porch & large yard with BBQ grill

Good place. My only complaint is that the agent attempts to get me to sign a seperate lease. Luckily, my lawyer was one of my guests and said definitely not. Otherwise, it’s a nice house with plenty of room. Everything is available in the kitchen. Not enough towels. Really good location. We were there with my family for my daughter’s wedding. Great place for a large family.

Hi Larry: We are glad you enjoyed our home. I want to clarify the lease requirement, as I think there may have been some confusion. Under the Town of Middletown’s Short-Term Rental regulations, a short-term rental is defined as a lease or other contractual arrangement for the occupation of a dwelling unit for 31 days or less. Short-term rentals are regulated under Chapter 98 of the Middletown Town Code. The lease we provide is part of the rental agreement for the property and outlines the terms and conditions of the stay. We are required by Middletown to have all of our short-term rental guests review and sign the lease before their stay. I completely understand that there may have been some confusion about whether a separate lease was necessary, but we do need the signed agreement on file for each short-term rental. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the agreement. I am sorry to hear there were not enough towels for your guests. That typically is not a problem, but we hope you stay with us again in the future and if you feel something is missing, please reach out to our Property Manager. They let us check in early to get ready for a wedding, which was really nice. This was cute and clean and perfect and cheaper than 4 hotel rooms!

We stayed here with a few of our friends for another friend's Newport wedding and it was perfect for three couples. It was a cozy, but fairly spacious home and was exactly what we needed. Easy walk to some breakfast locations and quick walk to a beach access point. Having coffee on the back porch in the mornings with our friends was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house rental! The home was extremely clean and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The location was perfect, a very easy walk to the beach. We also loved the back deck and yard, which was great for spending time outside. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Great 6 days with the family

We had a lovely stay at the house. Its so well laid out, appointed with lovely decor and was clean. The kitchen was a great spot where we spent out meals, and the back deck was used every morning for coffee and the last place we all hung out at the end of the day.

Great Location to Beach

My friends and I always get away Columbus Day weekend. This was the perfect location and a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Great location. Perfect set up for our family. Property manager very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location- walk to beach, short drive to Cliff walk and downtown. Perfect set up for our family wedding weekend. Great backyard too.
