This property is across the street from the beach and offers access to an on-site community beachfront pool, an island play pool for the kids, a private beachfront cafe for quick meals, playgrounds, fitness facilities, pickleball, tennis courts, 18 hole putt putt and more—all just minutes away from your townhome and all FREE.


Create unforgettable memories as you park up to two cars in your private parking spots right in front of the door. No elevators to deal with! Additional car parking can be arranged through the HOA office for $10 per day.


This spacious 4-bedroom townhome offers plenty of room for everyone. One bedroom is located downstairs, while the other three are upstairs. The property features a stocked kitchen, a private patio with a natural gas grill, and various amenities for your comfort and enjoyment.

The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The stainless steel appliances were really nice. The golf cart was a lot of fun to drive. It was nice to be able to walk the dogs anywhere instead of one small area like most other properties. The kids loved the golf cart, pool, playground and the putt putt. There is only a half bath downstairs so it wouldn't be the best option for someone who has difficulty with stairs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had four adults and loved that everyone had their own room. The golf cart was a lifesaver and so convenient to get to and from the beach. The beach supply closet was limited (possibly due to past renters) but you can rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. They give discounts for multiple days and it was easy to work with them.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location! Loved walking around Gulf Highlands. My kids loved all of the pools. The golf cart was also amazing and made it very convenient to get to the beach! I recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much at Tina’s place. It was exactly as pictured. The location and golf cart worked out perfect and left a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely plan to stay again.

Great place in PCB

The place is in a great location - close to the beach and all the action in PCB. The use of the golf cart is fantastic, as you can use it to get to the beach, pools, stores, and restaurants. The unit was very clean, with plenty of towels and beach accessories. We enjoyed ourselves and had no issues whatsoever. We would absolutely consider staying here again next time we go to PCB.

The neighborhood is amazing, the Beach Club has the amazing views, and the restaurant being right on the sand works well with the children and those quick chicken bites. All of the pools , the putt putt, the playgrounds keeps the children busy.
