Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the house accommodated our large family just perfect. We walk to the beach was fine but the traffic crossing the road was difficult at times but had nothing to do with the rental house but inconsiderate drivers on the road. The beach was not too crowded and nice for our large family to stay together on the beach. The pool/hot tub was a nice addition and was perfect for our 8 month old and 89 year old. Owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our family and extended family spent the week at this wonderful home! The home was spacious, very clean and not one complaint from any family members! Highly recommend it for a big family or small! Beach is in walking distance and lots of restaurant choices nearby. The swim spa was an added touch that everyone enjoyed! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Property

This was our second stay at one of Jason’s properties and as before, we loved it! The house and location were just what we needed. The kids loved the pool! The listing is exactly what it says it is and has everything for a great beach stay.

Perfect place by the beach!

The property was just as listed! It is large and open house that was great for a group. It was super clean, well-stocked, with nice furnishings and decor. Plenty of outside seating and the pool was a bonus! It was just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Location of the house was ideal. There are a lot of shops and eateries in the area. I give this place a 10 out of 10 rating! Would stay again!

Perfect location vacation home

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house! It was conveniently located in the middle of everything we needed. The owner was super helpful and responded immediately if we needed anything. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Our family has already talked about booking for next year!

Great getaway!

Perfect getaway spot to meet family over Christmas week. Jacuzzi pool was the perfect place to gather and celebrate. Highly recommended for family vacations. Location is perfect to get to everything you need. Property manager was great to work with and adjusted our stay by a day immediately upon request. We will come back!

Staycation 2024

No expense was spared making sure this was a memorable vacation experience! The owner Jason made sure I had everything needed for a smooth check-in the day before my arrival, and was very quick to address any concerns I had throughout my stay. Rooms were spacious and the pool is a great amenity for entertaining everyone in our party! I’ve been renting from Jason for 3 plus years and will continue anytime I’m in the area! Overall wonderful experience!

Fantastic !!

This was our second year staying with Jason and Family ......and hope next year comes quickly !! We love the house and everything about it. The area is quiet.....not as busy as down the strip.....great for Family Vacation !!! Close to everything; food, entertainment and "The Beach .....in walking distance" The kids call it their second home !! Quiet, peaceful, secure, beautifully decorated....perfect for our family !!

PCB house with hot tub

Stayed here for the PCB Ironman race just for the weekend. My adult children were happy that the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and basic spices! Beds and pillows were comfortable, house temp easy to maintain. Jason was easy to reach and let us check in a little bit early because the house was ready. I felt safe in the area and there are restaurants in walking distance. It is on a main road, so I wouldn't recommend it for families with toddlers, but great for everyone else!!

Lovely Stay

This was a family trip. The house has plenty of space. The beach is right across the street. A quick walk out of the house to the left to the crosswalk to walk across the street to the beach entrance. The swim spa was a big plus. Jason was pleasant, let us check in a little early, and was easy to work with. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for basic cooking. There are some stores and a gas station in walking distance. We had a pleasant time. I would recommend this property.

Great Place for Families

This house is even better than the photos. Plenty of room for my family to spread out. We cooked some of our meals so the gas grill and the kitchen were great to have. Everybody loved the swim spa. I knew it would be too cold at Thanksgiving to swim in a pool so this hot tub was a major selling point for me. It was big enough for the teens to lounge and for the little ones to paddle around. The beach access is a short walk across the street. Excellent host with great communication and very accommodating.

review of panama city beach rental

House was superbly thought out. 1 bedroom on 1st floor. Multiple br's on 2nd floor and loft for more. Location is just far enough away from spring breakers to have a great beach, but close enough to be involved if you want. Property owner was very workable and helpful. I recommend this property very highly!!! The city was also tgerrrific.

Perfect spot even for winter

Very nice place: clean, specious , has everything for living ( start from detergent ...,..laundry detergent .,..., trash bags) GREAT location to grocery stores( Publix and Winn Dixie ) If you decide go for lunch or dinner - All "around the corner" !!!! Hot Tub -just amazing ! Owner heated it for us, it was so good, thank you!!! Kids enjoyed, we enjoyed !!! What else you wish for comfort and enjoyable week getaway!!! Excellent Stay

My family and I visited the Emerald Blue Beach House for a fall vacation and the accommodations were perfect. The owner met us at check in and he was very professional and courteous. He gave us great recommendations of all the local attractions and restaurants. The kitchen had every thing we needed, the pool was great for us and the kids, the linens were high quality and the layout of the home was perfect for entertainment for the entire family. This house also is in a great location. The beach is an easy walk across the street. You can really tell that the owners take a lot of pride in providing a perfect vacation rental home. My family and I cant wait to visit again soon.

PCB for the win!

We had an amazing stay in PCB. It always feels like home. The house was exactly what we needed for our large group of 10. Being located directly across from the beach was a change for us as we normally stay beachside but the teenagers did not complain. My only recommendations are that the thermostat was locked out at 68° and it always felt warm in the house (could be adjusted), add a few more towels & washcloths (8/10 of our party were female and we struggled with that situation), and the kitchen could use a few more items such as measuring cups & a hand mixer (we cooked quite a bit and celebrated birthdays as we were a large group). Jason was extremely easy to work with on check-in. We highly recommend this home.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the beach about 5 minutes. The only suggestion I would have is to add black out curtains. The sun rises at 530 in the morning and it’s bright in the master. The bedrooms on the other side of the house have really bright street lights on that side. Other than that it’s plenty of space. Three showers and toilets. We had 9 people. 4 adults and 5 kids. Coming back from the beach there’s an outside shower to rinse off which is helpful. Since the beach had double red flags all week we spent plenty of time in the house playing board games. We brought our blackstone which was helpful with 9 people. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Great house

The location of the property is great! Getting to Walmart, Dollar General, St. Andrews Park and several restaurants was very easy. All were nearby. Getting to the beach was an easy short walk. I especially liked having a nearby crosswalk that had a button to push that would flash lights to alert cars. The backyard and hot tub/ pool were amazing!! All the adults in my group now think we need one of those pool-hot tubs in our own backyards. The house was very clean upon our arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze! We didn't have any problems while staying here. There was plenty of room for my group of 9. We were all able to gather at the dining room table for meals and/or games. Having 2 seating areas in the living room was nice. All beds were comfy. The kitchen has a good cookware set which was great because we cooked alot of our meals. The owner was fantastic! He promptly answered any questions before and during our trip.

Beautiful and clean beach home

Jason was an amazing host to this spacious and beautiful home! We checked in for the 4th of July week and this vacation was everything we hoped for and more! The property was absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing as soon as we walked through the door. Sheww wee was it sparkling clean! The pool was super clean as well and gave us a nice break from when we got tired of being on the beach. We had a water leak from the refrigerator(it was still functional and was no major issue), and Jason was there within minutes to fix and repair the problem. He even showed up the next day with a case of water and bags of ice for us since the ice maker had to be disconnected for a day or two while he had to wait for the part to arrive. The property is only a few minute walk to the beach and was very easily manageable having small kids. We are a large family that had 9 attending guests and this home was more than big enough to accommodate us all. We love PCB and we we're central to all major attractions staying at this property. It was also nice being so close to Saint Andrew's State park. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their perfect family vacay get away! Thank you again Jason for being the perfect host! We look very forward to our next visit back.

Totally and completely satisfied!

We ALL had a great time! Ranging in age from 2 to 73. This vacation was purchased as a Family Christmas gift and it was worth every penny. We're a family that doesn't have to do lots of things to have a great time, so i can't review the outside activities. We ate all but one meal at the house. Most everything we needed was there... we just provided the food and paper goods (napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwashing and laundry stuff). You may want to bring extra dish towels and dish cloths if you plan to use the kitchen like we did. We used the grill once. We had 11 people and there was plenty of space! We loved the pool! It was perfect! The two year old had their birthday party at the house and learned to swim with her life vest we brought along. But the best part was the close walk to the beach! After all, that's why you visit Panama City Beach in the first place. There was an algae bloom happening, but we just walked a little ways east and the water was gorgeous and so calm! We even found two totally intact sand dollars! Jason was an attentive and gracious host! I would definitely recommend this property to any group wanting to relax and enjoy the sunshine! I live in Panama City and manage the property myself. I take pride in taking care of my customers so that every guest will have the best vacation they have ever had.

This house was specifically designed for a short term rental. It has large living room spaces for multiple families, it is a very short walk to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, it has a private pool, all the furnishings are first class, the mattress are an upgraded memory foam euro top mattress, kitchen is fully furnished, beautiful views, close to all the restaurants and attractions and large decks for social gatherings.

The most unique benefit is the swim spa pool. The private pool can be heated in the winter and has powerful jet pumps that you can swim against. It also has seats with messaging jets. This spa is the same size as a typical pool, but also has these added benefits. It is a feature of the house that I guarantee you will enjoy.
