Beautiful newly remodeled Gulf access, 4-bedroom 2.5 baths, pool home with den for extra sleeping or office space. Granite countertop kitchen with new appliances and equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Home is located on Meadowview Lake with access to the intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Heated pool (for an extra fee) with outdoor shower in large, screened lanai. Located in nice neighborhood halfway between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Perfect for a family getaway in the Sunshine State.
Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is the closest beach. It's about 30 minutes away. Fort Myers Beach is the next closest one which is about an hour away.
Punta Gorda airport is only 20 minutes away.
Fort Myers airport is about 45 minutes away.

Great quiet location halfway between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Located on a lake with direct intercostal and gulf access (no bridges!). Close to shopping but away from the traffic and noise of the city. Take a trip to Matlacha and visit all the quaint shops and restaurants. Or visit Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda. Lots of things to do in the area and yet away from the hustle a bustle of Cape Coral and Punta Gorda.
