Wow! What a view!

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good experience. The view was amazing. The customer service was very good. The place was clean. It had most of the things you need to live for a few days. If it provided just a few essential cooking items (Salt, Pepper, Oil, etc) it would have helped tremendously. Also, we talked to other people who owned a different property, and they provided their guests with beach equipment, which would have made this place a 10/10.

Disappointing Stay Despite a Great Location

Reviewer Comments: Disappointing Stay Despite a Great LocationUnfortunately, we were very disappointed with this condo and would not rent it again. While the location in Miramar Beach is great, the condition and overall quality of the unit fell well short of our expectations.The decor and furnishings are extremely outdated, and the condo feels like it hasn’t been meaningfully updated in 30 years. We understand that a beach condo doesn’t need to be fancy or newly renovated, but the overall condition and lack of basic amenities were hard to overlook, especially when we saw other condos our friends were staying in within the same building.The cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen were particularly disappointing. The frying pan provided was in terrible condition, and we had to request a new one just to cook with. Beyond that, the kitchen was poorly equipped for a family planning to spend a week at the beach and prepare meals in the condo. There simply weren’t enough of the basic items you would expect to have available for cooking comfortably.Unfortunately, it also rained on Sunday during our stay, so we planned to spend some time inside watching football. However, the TVs were so outdated that they weren’t even smart TVs, making it impossible for me to log in to NFL Sunday Ticket and watch the games as planned. For a weeklong rental, having functional, reasonably modern entertainment options seems like a basic expectation.We don’t typically prioritize updated decor when choosing a beach condo, since location is often more important to us. However, the overall lack of updates, poorly equipped kitchen, and outdated TVs made this stay much less enjoyable than it should have been. Given the other options available in the same building, we would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We’re replacing the cookware, stocking the kitchen more fully for families, and looking into upgrading the TVs to smart TVs. Nice view but very dated

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beachfront property with a great view, but it fails when it comes to how dated this room was. Everything in this condominium needed updates. All the beds sunk in the middle, the furniture was from the 80’s old, the refrigerator would not stay shut because the rubber was falling off therefore it didn’t get cold or freeze things. No ice maker. The view is great but I am not sure if it is worth it with how dated the room is. The photo is an illusion. For them to make so much money, this room should NOT be this dated. My aunt found someone else underwear in her sheets. The pictures will prove my point. There are other rooms that you can have a great view and up to date furniture and appliances. No reason for this.

Perfect Location - Needs major TLC

Very grateful for the amount and towels and linens provided.With that being said, this unit needs major TLC. The entire thing needs to be updated. There were chips in the wall, stains on the mirrors, the entire doorway frame to the master was coming off.The furniture is terrible, especially the beds. 3 of the 4 beds are broken. The mattresses are awful. The king mattress in the front of the condo was so bad 2 of our family members left 2 days early because they could not get a decent night sleep. The throw pillows on the couches have stains. The carpets are very stained and need to be replaced or deep cleaned. The tile floor was no clean. Our kids feet were filthy when walking barefooted in the condo.We love Destin and Seascape was a nice property, the location of the condo is great. But this specific unit needs a lot of work.

Beautiful view but needs to replace some furniture

Soccer Family Vacay 2026

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, parking was easy and close, lobby was clean. Entire building could use some updating. Our room was showing age. The first bedroom - the carpet at the bathroom had carpet nails exposed that we had to lay a towel over so we didn’t cut our feet. Beds showed a lot of age and I can’t imagine will last much longer. Master bed - the post on the bed were all but hanging on. We were afraid to even touch them. We couldn’t get the tvs to work in any of the rooms even after asking for batteries for remotes. We could get the living room one to turn on but not change any channels. No instructions were provided at all. We didn’t say anything to management bc watching tv wasn’t a priority. No staples in kitchen provided. No oven mitts provided. Not really any staples at all in kitchen like salt and pepper. We ended up leaving a ton so if they aren’t there on 7/18/2026 the cleaning staff is wiping the place out. We even left beach chairs. Other units had stuff in them. This one did not! You will need to pack or buy everything.

1st time dissatisfied

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I book at Majestic at least twice a year and this the first time I ever rented a unit and was not satisfied with the up keep. Furniture was old and worn out. One of the sofas had plywood underneath the pillows. Pull out sofa was nasty. So it couldn't be used. Carpet looked like it hasn't been clean or changed in a while. Walls and vents was marked up looked like mold around the vents.

There were a few improvements that could have made our stay better: blankets for every room-there was only an extremely thin blanket on each bed(more like a sheet) and only 1 extra threadbare blanket for the whole condo.Updated furniture and decor- not a huge deal, but furniture is getting very shabby and beat up/falling apartOther than that it was a great stay!
