Water View Unit

The place was well maintained and clean. A bit of a walk to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. To go to any beach, including the one across the street, you will need to rent chairs and a hut. Our only complaint was that Ursala made you feel like you were bothering her if you asked her anything.

Thank you for choosing BlueAruba We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness and upkeep of the property and that you had a nice time exploring the nearby beaches. We appreciate your note about the walking distance and the beach setup, it’s helpful for future guests to know that beach chair and hut rentals may be needed. We’re truly sorry to hear that your interaction with Ursula didn’t feel welcoming. This is surprising feedback, as guests often describe her as cheerful, helpful, and always ready to assist. That said, your experience matters to us, and we’ll be sure to speak with her so we can understand more and continue to improve the service we provide. We hope to welcome you back again for an even better stay next time. Warm regards, BlueAruba Team

Beautiful view of the blue water

The property was clean and in a great location. The only problem to make a note of is that I tried to contact the property through VRBO and no one ever got back to us. The washer/dryer combo did not work properly and there were no instructions on how to use the TV or the remotes.
