There is no beach view. This is a first floor condo with garden and pool view which is what we wanted.There are not many restaurants nearby only one about a block away. This made it difficult for my sister. You have to take a taxi wherever you want to go. The condo was nice, and clean. Well stocked.The beach is across the street.

This is a beautiful condo, very clean and updated! Comfortable beds. I loved the location of it being on the 1st floor and opening up to a wonderful view of the gardens and pool, but still offering privacy. The walk to Eagle Beach is less than 5 minutes. Many good restaurants and a grocery store within a few minutes drive. We would absolutely stay at this condo again!!

Loved our stay here. Location was perfect. Large pool, hot tub, grill usage, close to beach, easy access, chairs and the unit was perfect. Already planning on coming back and staying here next year!

Great place to stay!

We had a great day. It’s central on the island and a wonderful beach!! Very well, manicured and secure and quiet in the evening. The condo is well appointed, modern and very clean. The staff were excellent. We hope to come back!!

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever @ LeVent Condominiums

The Condo was 2 bed 2.5 Bath. It was clean, bright and spacious. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the bathrooms was too dim to be able to put on makeup. I ended up sitting at the kitchen counter which worked well! The reps from Prestige were readily available if needed. The pool and gardens were cleaned every morning

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful visit. Prestige was great to work with. The beach is a short walk and the busy road someone else mentioned was very easy to cross. The only two downfalls with the place are lack of side table next to the couch and the lightening at the resort. In the master bedroom if you sleep on the right side of the bed plan to have lights in your eyes most of the night. The dark out blinds are about 1" short and the resort doesn't turn the balcony lights off until midnight, then they don't turn pool lights off until 3 or 4am. I would recommend this first floor unit!

Great place, close to the beach, very clean, beautiful!!!

Amazing stay, stay here!! Friendly staff, very clean, has everything you need for the beach and in the home, I recommend renting a car for a few days, theres a few restaurants in walking distance but authentic good cuisine is a just over a mile away. Aruba is very expensive but worth every penny! Extremely safe, even with the island full of tourists theres no haggling on the beach. Excited for our next visit!

Awesome Resort!

From check in to check out, everything was awesome. The place is awesome! The pools and grounds are beautiful! The resident iguana’s and lizards are entertaining. And the Prestige representatives can’t be beat. The only thing I would mention is that from the description, I thought it was closer to the beach. Once you leave the property, it’s about a block to the beach and you have to cross a busy street.

Quick Trip

Brought my daughter and her friend to amelia island. The place was great, location was perfect and the amenities at the condo made the trip easy to pack for. I would recommend this condo for anyone.

It really is just steps to Eagle Beach

Spacious, well-furnished condo on lovely grounds. A representative of the management company is onsite and helpful. Beds had nice linens and were very comfortable. Would be happy to stay there again. The location is phenomenal.

Magnificent accommodations

We had an amazing time and this condo was immaculate. The condo was in a great location on the property, close to the pool but lots of privacy. The condo had state of the art appliances. The washer and dryer came in handy and we used those frequently. We also cooked on the stove in the condo and on the outside grill and dined al fresco. Only two minor complaints which had nothing to do with the condo itself or the owner. One so that the hot tub was it functional for several days while we were there, we brought it to their attention and it was not fixed The beach is beautiful, it is across the street and there are huts for use. The only issue is that the property next door has an attendant that get tot Jr beach early and saves buts for the guest at the other hotel. We found if we got to the beach before 8 am and put our towels down we didn’t have any issues. Also bring your own chairs ( which were provided) because the attendant tried to charge us to use the lounge chairs. We will definitely stay here again. The condo itself was perfect to suit our needs and absolutely gorgeous and in a great location.

Wonderful trip!

The apartment was lovely, and as pictured. It was steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach, which was very important to us. The apartment had chairs and towels for the beach which was also a plus. Carlotta, and everyone at the front desk, were so helpful. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back!!

Perfect Accommodations!

LeVent resort is wonderful. We stayed in the Pearl Garden 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about it. Friendly staff, beautiful place, close to Eagle Beach, quiet pool. 5 stars well deserved! Shannon

Stellar accommodations & resort grounds!

Extremely easy check-in! Carlotta is so friendly and welcoming! Our condo was exactly as pictured. The decor was very pretty with a full kitchen that made breakfast time easy. The pool area is kept in immaculate shape with a very easy walk to Eagle Beach! A nice touch receiving a welcome gift from the owner was much appreciated! Looking forward towards a return visit!
