We all LOVED this house! There were so many thoughtful amenities throughout the whole house. If we had forgotten anything, there were drawers for that! We also enjoyed the outdoor space and even had a fire. We definitely recommend this house.

Beautifully updated house that was immaculate. Great location, close to lake Michigan. Kitchen had everything you could need for meal preparation. Nice backyard. Many thoughtful touches throughout.

House was great, quiet neighborhood. Lovely back yard. Loved How the bathrooms had the “oops i forgot” drawer because I forgot my toothbrush! Very dog friendly home!! Had bowls and mats etc which was greatly appreciated. The steps upstairs were a little steep, hard for my 3 year old to get up and down but just made him go barefoot and walk with someone. All was good! I’d book again either way this host

Property was very clean and neat, appliances and supplies were modern and plentiful, especially the kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and condiments, coffee, tea, etc.Minor issues were:Strong scent in the towels, which was only an issue for extra sensitive people.Dishwasher top shelf rolled out quickly when about half full.Exhaust fan in lower level struggled to come on.

A gem in a convenient neighborhood

The best apportioned place I have ever stayed at. A lovely back yard, comfortable furnishings, cute decor and easy access to beach and downtown. We had a lovely experience and would return again.

3 bedrooms and pullout couch downstairs (needs new mattress), close to the beach which my family appreciated. Dog beach is also accessible by car. 2 bathrooms thank goodness! We loved the back yard and so did the dogs. There was not a thing that wasn't provided! I forgot to bring Tylenol and there was some in the bathroom cabinet! Everything is labeled and kitchen is fully stocked (not just one pan and one pot). Definitely took advantage of the coffee station. There is a whole dog station at the front door if you forgot anything. Plenty of towels (on the top floor are beach towels) and a variety of soap and shampoo to use. We didn't use them but there are 2 bikes in the garage and lawn games. Overall, a wonderful time and we will stay longer next time! Thank you so much!

Highly Recommended Stay in Muskegon

This place is adorable! The house is clean, well decorated and thoroughly organized! They have tons of extras in case you forget anything and a very nice washer and dryer in the basement, which was great for towels and swimsuits! There’s also a fantastic outdoor space, which our dogs both loved! We will definitely be back!!

House was a little hot when we got there, especially upstairs. Was a nice neighborhood and plenty of room for 7 of us. The adult kids took the TV, so a second TV might be nice. Close to park, shopping and beaches.

Impeccable Stay — Pet-Friendly Perfection Near Hoffmaster!

We stayed at this beautiful rental while visiting our MI Cookie Project family who were camping at Hoffmaster State Park. We needed a place nearby that allowed our two dogs—and this property was the perfect find! As a short-term rental owner and a rather particular traveler, I was absolutely blown away by how impeccable and well thought out everything was. The home was extremely comfortable, spotless, and fully stocked with all the little essentials travelers often forget. The attention to detail, especially for guests traveling with pets, was truly appreciated. Brenda was incredibly responsive and available for any questions we had. We are already looking forward to booking another one of Brenda’s properties in the future!

Outstanding Home and Location

Brenda was a fabulous host only outdone by how terrific the home was. The home is newly remodeled and Brenda thought of every little detail to make the stay so outstanding. The kitchen was very well stocked with items to cook with along with a wide variety of spices and condiments to make your meals extra tasty. If you forgot got a bathroom item, Brenda has you covered. Her recommendations for the area were top notch. Our dog felt,right at home. The backyard is perfect for relaxing with your furry family members. Brenda has the vacation rental down to an art. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall, I could easily rate this place 95 out of 100. Very few things were wrong at all, and they were so minor it’s hardly worth mentioning them. Great communication with the host. Good sized for six adults and dogs. Beautiful fenced in yard that allowed the dogs to run around and enjoy themselves. Everything was brand new top to bottom, side to side, very nice features. Very comfortable beds, seating and spacious enough for six adults to move around without banging into each other. The net packs: would’ve been nice to have a bathroom upstairs, didn’t really need one in the basement, but it was very nice. The stairs to the second floor had a very short tread and tall rise. Fortunately, the couple that stayed up there were 30 year olds, that climb would not be for somebody in their 60s or older. The house is located in a decent side of the Muskegon area, felt very safe and secure, and very close to nicer restaurants, shopping in sightseeing. I highly recommend this location and in the future when we’re in the area if the need arises, we would absolutely rent it again.
