THE PROPERTY:

If you like the beach, water parks, and lot of on-site activities, then this is a great resort for you. The resort features a lazy river, large pool, kids splash pad, and a large hot tub. There s also a tiki bar and restaurant on-site, a free movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, mini-golf, ping-pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more.

THE CONDO:

The spacious 2 Bedroom condo accommodates up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free wifi, private balcony. Self parking is included for free.

THE LOCATION:

The location brings you within minutes to Port Canaveral and 4 miles from Cocoa Beach. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving distance, especially within Port Canaveral (open to the public). Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away.

Note:

The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort s water park. There s a golf cart beach shuttle or you may walk to the beach/pool. It s only a few minutes if you walk.
