The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with one-story villas that are connected 2 each. There is a community pool, lots of trees, dedicate parking, and it's within walking distance to a nature trail! Downtown is very close, as well as the world's best beaches, luxury shopping, and local restaurants.

It is rare to find a one-story villa (not a condo) that is only connected to one adjacent property. You can't even tell you have a neighbor! There are windows in each room, a private lanai, and a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.
