Absolutely dreadful placedoor previously kicked in, stains everywhere, furniture missing from listing. All smoke detectors ripped off ceiling, not one in the place left. on top of the stains and damage everywhere the property owner not only charge me for the room but 250 that was never discussed as well as as a security deposit. I reported all of these damages with pictures to vrbo right when I walked in and then myself and VRBO tried to reach out to the property manager right then and there many times but they did not answer.Now they're saying they will not issue a refund for the room I did not stay in for more than two minutes due to safety issues and thinking I was going to get charged for all the damage that was already there.

Fraudulent property pictures in listing, worst neighborhood in town, house exterior and interior not suitable for rental property or even living in, hallway dark, dirty and smelled disguising! Nothing about the place was remotely habitable!

Looks nothing like the pictures online. The place has potential to be better, but it needs a lot of work. Not one smoke alarm was put up. Just open wires exposed. The “extra pillows” in the closet, were more nastier than the ones on the bed! Couldn’t even change them out. All the pillows were yellow or black. Nasty pillows made me so uncomfortable. Had to by Lysol to spray the entire apartment. Didn’t sleep with a pillow. They didn’t offer soup to wash your hands only hand sanitizer. Mold in the bathroom above the mirror. Just overall not clean. Not careful or kept up with.The location and area of the place is very sketchy. People linger outside late at night, outside the windows. Wouldn’t stay again. And wouldn’t recommend. They also put an additional 250.00 hold on top of the price for the stay. And when I asked when I would see that hold refunded, the guy said 7 days! Normally things like that take upmost to 3 business days. Overall not a good experience. I should be refunded for the whole stay.
No soap offered only hand sanitizer in the bathroom.
Ripped chairs on the porch. Dirty.
Unfinished floors. Gaps and cracks all over.
Dirty stove. Not cleaned.

The area was not safe for my show dog. Street had glass and apartment from steps had splintered wood. The area was not safe for my dog as well as myself and spouse. We left to stay at a hotel. The property owner was kind enough to refund our money.

Sweet, Cozy Stay

The apartment was clean and modernly decorated! Plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. The check in/out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The bed was comfortable and brand new pillow cases were provided.
