Contemporary Coastal with heated pool & premium spoils in the heart of Pelican

Pelican & Palm is a cozy, contemporary home full of comforts inside and outside. Great for families and the business or creatives traveling far from home. Ultra fast fiber wifi, a work space and coverage to handle multiple devices anywhere in the home or out? Premium mattresses, bedding and towels provide added comfort. Pelican & Palm is close to all the local favorites. Our digital guidebook provide insights to all things CAPE! And our pool is screened, private and heated for you enjoyment. Home is connected to the patio/pool via the lanai for expanded indoor/outdoor living. Our patio expansion project is underway as we speak. Soon we will be offering outdoor dining and a fire pit for our guests to further enjoy.

All guests are asked to submit verification details via SuperHog. We also ask guests reaffirm they have read and agree to all our house rules by replying - YES HR. Once approved by SuperHog your reservation will be fully confirmed.

House Rules:

- PETS: Though we allow pets - WE DO NOT ACCOMMODATE PETS. This means the yard is not fenced, there are no dog beds, crates etc. A bowl for water and a bowl for food and (1) blanket (yours to keep) are the only items we provide.

***PETS SHOULD NOT BE IN OR ON ANY BED ***If a pet is found to have been ON or IN any bed -there will be a $150/bed cleaning fee imposed.

If your pet is with you on the couch etc - please use the blanket provided or one of your own.

***Pets should NOT be left unattended and uncrated - if you should leave the home for any length of time - If you use spray-on tanner or the like - please be sure to bring your own bedding.

Any sheets, duvets, blankets, duvet covers stained will need to be replaced. Replacement costs are $100/per item.

- If you or your guests use spray tanner - please bring your own bedding. Stained sheeting will result is a charge for replacement of all affect bedding articles. $100/piece.

- MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: You must be 25 years old to book a reservation. All guest will be required to submit a background check via Super Hog - no exceptions.

- BBQ: Grill must be cleaned after each and ever use. If left without cleaning there will be an additional $100/ cleaning fee.

- PARTIES/SMOKING: No Glitter. No open flame(s)/candles in the home. Please DO NOT use tape, tacks, nails or screws in or on the walls for hanging decorations. No parties, smoking, vaping - anything allowed on property.

Complaints about noise will result in the authorities being called. If the authorities are called for any reason - you reservation will be canceled immediately and you will not receive a refund.

- OPEN WINDOWS & DOORS and the A/C: Helps us maintain and minimize damage caused to our HEATING & A/C system. If any doors or window are to be open for any length of time - please disable the Air Conditioning System via the thermostat. Repairs and/or replacement costs for damages caused to the A/C shall be paid by the reservation holder

- WET FLOORS: Please be mindful of the tile floors - they are EXTREMELY slippery when wet

- POOL SAFETY: No Lifeguard on Duty. Please use the child safety locks on all doors and keep your children safe at all times. If children are using the pool you are responsible for their safety and supervision
