Chic Little Italy Home w AC, Location and a Private Studio w patio

The home is split into two separate spaces, ideal for those traveling with a group looking for a common space to gather and a little private space to retreat.

1st Floor “bedroom 1”
Ideal for 2-3 guests, this private studio with kitchenette (sink, microwave & small fridge), Queen bed, Futon sofa (twin size) and large full bath with shower, has designer wood slat walls, outdoor patio with table and chairs and a 65" TV.

2nd floor:
Sleeps up to 5 guests. The layout is open and airy, providing ample social and entertaining space. There are two small balconies and floor to ceiling windows in the living room that provide fantastic natural light during the day and city lights at night. If you are considering sleeping on the futon couch in the living room, please note that this space does not have any light filtering or privacy shades. You will be sleeping with the city views!

Upstairs:
The main living area is separated by a small set of stairs which lead you to the 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has blackout curtains, large closets and a full en-suite private baths.
Bedroom 1: Queen with tub/shower
Bedroom2: King with walk-in shower

PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE. However, our home is surrounded by metered parking, several lots and garages, all available for around $20 per day for a 24 hour period.

What it’s like staying in the city:
We are located in the Little Italy District of the beautiful and bustling Downtown San Diego. As such, you will hear typical city-living sounds while staying in our home.

For most guests looking to stay in any city environment, these sounds are not an issue (it’s actually really fun to watch the airplanes land along the water and immerse yourself in the thriving city "day-to-day") , but for those who may be more sensitive to the city-scape noise, and planes overhead ,we provide triple-paned windows, sound machines and earplugs.

If you are traveling with little ones that require pure silence to sleep though the night, you may consider another location outside of the downtown area to be better suited for your needs.

We do not provide luggage storage.
