Treasure the fantastic views from every level of Sea Winds-East; a second-row, semi-oceanfront duplex just one lot from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy DIRECT BEACH ACCESS via a boardwalk! This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements as follows: King • Queen • Queen • Queen • 2 Singles • Futon.

Perched on a high lot, this well-appointed duplex has an inverted floor plan to maximize the stunning ocean views. Enjoy Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout the home.


Top Level (Main Living Area)
Featuring an open-concept layout and vaulted ceilings, the top floor provides the perfect space to gather with family and friends.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the modern amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

Dining Area: Enjoy a sit-down meal at the dining room table (seats 8) or grab a bite to eat at the breakfast bar (seats 4).

Living Area: With two plush sofas and a rattan chair and love seat, there is plenty of space to create and share memories in the great room. Enjoy a movie on the big flat-screen TV or step outside to take in the scenery on the deck, furnished with rocking chairs, bar height seating and a table.

Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom with a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4 shares a full bath in the hallway with a walk-in shower.


Middle Level
Bedroom 1: King suite bedroom with flat screen TV. Enjoy the ensuite bathroom, which includes a jetted tub, double sinks, and a walk-in shower. You’ll also enjoy a furnished private deck with ocean views.

Wedding Weekend

Our daughters best Friend was getting married that weekend and the house was perfect for the location of the venue and all restarurants. The house was very well stocked with towels, sheets, extra blankets as well as the kitchen had everything needed to have coffee . Thank you and I recommend this house for people with families..right across the street from beach access and its in a cul de sac area!

Best Time!

This property was in an excellent location with just a walk across the street to get to the beach. We were close to everything we needed via a short trip in the car, although a bike could have taken us to some coffee shops and restaurants. The house was perfect with lots of space, well stocked kitchen and a game closet filled with puzzles and some games. I think every room had a TV although we only watched a movie all together. Highly recommend!! Only possible downside is the extremely steep driveway if the other 1/2 of the house is occupied at the same time, which it wasn’t when we were there. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great second row property

Location, property and amenities were great. Only 3 issues were first the checkin, the code did not work on the lower entry but the local office was able to get us into the property. Second, none of the beds were made when we checked in. The linen supply company arrived and made the beds about an hour after we checked in. The sheets were terrible. The master king bed had a queen flat sheet. Third, the outdoor shower was still winterized and did not work
