Most properties in the area do not have A/C but we advise guests to open windows at night to let the cool air in and close them during the day to keep it a nice temperature. If you require additional fans to keep cool please always let us know and we are happy to provide them. Additionally, we appreciate your understanding regarding the wear and tear that you noticed in the condo. As a property that hosts numerous guests over time, it is natural for some signs of use to appear. However, we constantly strive to maintain the condo to the highest standards possible. We will assess the wear and tear you mentioned and take appropriate measures to address any areas that require attention. We are so glad you enjoyed the townhome and its wonderful location in the Purgatory area :) Please always let us know if you are too warm and we are happy to provide additional fans. Usually, opening windows at night to let the cool mountain air in and closing during them day keeps the place plenty cool. Summer can have its unusually warm days here though. Durango Premier Vacation Rentals is committed to providing the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction, and though we run into the occasional human oversight, we’re awfully appreciative that you took the time to notify us so we have the opportunity to address this issue.

Staci, Thanks for taking the time to review this property. We greatly appreciate your comments. This home is due for a deep clean within a couple of weeks of the end of the season (April), though the issues you encounter are not excused by the seasonal timing of being able to get in and do more detailed and timely cleaning, including evaluating utensils, pots and pans etc. We have found that DVD players are going the way of VHS players for most of our guests since their devices hold most of their entertainment options and can easily be hooked up to high definition televisions. That said, we're always happy to accommodate our guests needs when we know them in advance and if at all possible if we're able during their stay. Thanks again for your review and your stay with us.

Amanda, Thanks so much for your review and for your stay with us. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to comment upon your stay. One note: The townhome does not have AC. Air conditioning is very rare at 9,000 feet in altitude in Colorado with average temperatures that get down in the 50's at night and daytime temperatures that are rarely out of the low 80's, even in the middle of the summer. Our instructions do advise of this, and we'll double-check them to make sure that information is more obvious. Again, thanks for your visit and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.

However, we deeply apologize for the confusion and miscommunication surrounding your check-in. We completely understand how stressful it must have been to experience those delays, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback about the dinner reimbursement and the access to the pool and hot tub is valuable, and we will make sure that we have better communication with our guests to ensure better communication and a smoother experience for future guests.
