Beautiful, inviting, spacious ski in / ski out townhome located right on the slopes near the Yellow Brick Road trail at Purgatory. This townhouse is a 5-bedroom, 5-bath, allowing every guest to
have their own space. The wrap around deck off the second floor has amazing views of the San Juan National Forest with a gas BBQ grill, heater, 2 dining tables and an outdoor couch to relax
and enjoy the weather and views.

Excellent home for a family or big group vacation. Snow wasn’t that great this year but it didn’t stop us from having a great time! We visit Purgatory every year and stay in the same VRBO. It is ski in, ski out with plenty of room. We automatically feel at home with a full kitchen and everything you need to cook. There is a washer & dryer and stocked bathrooms with plenty of towels on heated towel racks, functional fireplace, grill on the patio and hot tub. I highly recommend booking for a wonderful experience *except the week my family goes.

Long Weekend

Get together with friends with kids to Ski and enjoy each others company. The accommodations were as good or better than the pictures.! I would definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay!

Family get together

The unit was perfect for a short family ski vacation with my wife, 2 adult children, their spouses and 2 granddaughters. . All of us had our own suite which has great. The private hot tub was a hit. Grilled steaks for dinner on the patio. Large kitchen table for meals and games. Great trip

Location was great. Just off the ski area which in summer was green and beautiful.Staff was friendly. Check in easy and staffed at midnight when we arrived several house late due to travel issues...Unit was not well maintained. Stains on the carpet on the stairs. Main outside deck was very dirty and had not been swept. One bed had chocolate melted on the sheets upon arrival and we had to wash them. Kitchen had no dishwasher pods even though the empty container had been left under the sink. Several of the skillets had severe flaking teflon coating and should have long ago been replaced. Inadequate number of wine glasses (only five white and five red for a house advertised for ten adults). Internet worked well. Drywall in living room under deck windows cracked and missing along the metal corner molding. Excellent hot water in bath rooms , towels, pool towels, workout area and pool/hot tub at lodge and hot tub in unit was good although we were charged extra for hot tub use and cleaning in the unit it was only set to 90 degrees upon arrival. Overall a good experience, great location which was very peaceful and quiet in the evenings and away from the summer tourist crowds in Durango , but close enough for easy access stores, steam train etc.
