Upon entering this superb home away from home, you will be greeted by an air-conditioned open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room featuring two pull-out sofa beds and a smart HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Chromecast, Disney+, Fire TV, and Netflix. The kitchen boasts all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals, including an over-the-range microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishware, an ice maker, and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto an enclosed backyard featuring an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and solar lights. This is a wonderful spot to dine alfresco, play board games, and relax. The double front porches with sitting are also great spots to unwind, enjoy the breeze, and have a steamy morning coffee. All three bedrooms are located upstairs and all have smart TVs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No parties are permitted on the premises.
One vehicle is allowed on the property. A parking pass must be available on the windshield.
Dogs must be properly cleaned up afterward.
Dishes must be put in the dishwasher and the trashcan must be put at the curb at the end of your stay.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
