Property in process of getting updated - new pictures coming soon! Charming 3BR/2BA beach cottage in the heart of downtown Ocean City! Just steps from the beach, boardwalk, and amusements. This private retreat comfortably fits families or groups and features a fenced yard, outdoor shower, and rare dedicated parking for 2 cars. Your perfect classic beach getaway awaits!



The Space:

Welcome to your classic beach cottage, perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Ocean City! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home places you right in the middle of the action while offering a private retreat to call your own. Inside, you'll find a cozy, nautical-themed decor with comfortable furnishings. The home is fully equipped for your beach getaway.

Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals

Linens and bath towels provided

Fenced-in rear yard with a picnic table and BBQ grill

Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand



Please note: There is no laundry equipment in this property.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire main level of this home and its amenities, including the fenced-in rear yard. Enjoy a seamless and secure arrival with our smart lock system. No access to upper level of home. You will receive a unique door code and detailed arrival instructions via email in the week leading up to your stay. To ensure you receive these details on time, please be sure to sign the digital renter agreement sent to you after booking. If you have trouble locating the arrival instructions, please check your email's spam or junk folder.

Perfect size and location!

The location and size of this place could not be better!!! The house is slightly out dated but it adds to the charm and it’s very clean. There were just a few minor issues but management was easy to get ahold of and extremely fast to resolve the problem. Highly recommend! We’ll be staying here again.

We picked this place for our dog. Good fenced in back yard. Place smelled old, but a lot of space in house and close to everything including boardwalk. Rental team was nice and responsive.

Great Place to Stay

Very nice place. Great location (located near the rides on the boardwalk) Free parking. You are able to walk to most things. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Note: the house does not provide beach towels, hairdryer and the backyard is fenced but will not contain very small dogs because the fence has gaps.
