Very clean

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It’s a bit inconvenient that I had to bring my own linen but will definitely stay here again.

Overall Great Trip

This was a great experience. The place itself is in a perfect location and a quiet building. It was very clean at arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and convenient. The host was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. I couldnt have been any happier.

Really nice pet friendly unit

Great location. A very clean nicely appointed condo. Lots of pillows, blankets and confortable sleeping with a Queen bed, pull out sofa and separate ottoman bed. Loved the assigned numbered parking spot. Unit is on the third floor which gave for better views from balcony.

A very quiet and nice place. Close to many attractions. Just a few housekeeping items need to be tended to. Had to wipe down fridge prior to placing food in there. Futon was broken and unable to be used. Overall, it was a nice getaway.

Our stay

We stayed two nights and loved it! Great location, super easy access to the beach! Being on the 3rd floor was challenging for me without an elevator but I sucked it up. We did struggle with getting the key to work in the door and getting the door open, had to use a shoulder to really push it. I would definitely stay there again though! We didn’t end up bringing our dog but he would’ve loved it if he came - minus the 3rd floor as he’s older too.

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Difficult to move items up and down stairs. Otherwise it was acceptable.

Property was clean - just suggest checking the lock. Had to jiggle the key quite a bit at times to get it to turn. Also, bathroom sink drain is a little slow. All else was fine. Thanks

Nice location, close to beach. No elevator!!!!

Nice location and close to the beach. We were on the 3rd floor. The steps were horrible. We both have issues with our knees, etc. so the steps for both of us were not good. It would be nice to advertise in the listing that there is no elevator. Maybe someone who does not have the physical issues would not mind 3 flights of steps. the property manager, Greg, was awesome. Had 2 issues and Greg responded right away and was able to solve both issues. I would return to this location but it would have to be on the ground floor.

Very Disappointed :-(

The final cost was high after they added higher than I noticed with other properties for service and cleaning fee. When we arrived the dishwasher had dirty dishes and the sink had food debris. We paid what I consider high (vs Hiltons/Marriotts) for our 9 lb dog and there was no place for him to go potty. Signs around the property ‘No Pee No Poo’ forcing us to find other places that were not ideal. They should also have mentioned that property was on 3rd floor which was very difficult for both me and our aging pet! Not critical but a wine opener would have been appreciated. And though you had to bring everything; TP, Paper towels, Shampoo, etc. I notice that some of the other VRBO properties include them. Finally they said there were blankets but there were none. Probably won’t use VRBO again or at least this property as this was our first time !

The building and the condo are run down.

Being on the third floor with no elevator should be explained at the beginning. A person who has a bad knee would not have taken this place.

The Beach is Wonderful

All the check-in/check-out details and stay information should be available through VRBO site. The location was just as described and we enjoyed our time so close to the water. The condo was not thoroughly cleaned for us (crumbs and spills in the fridge and hair in the shower/tub). Glad we were there during a quieter time prior to the Labor Day Weekend rush.

BATTERY RECHARGE!!

I spent two nights and one full beach day. Right on the beach and close to stores and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
