Very spacious family friendly home with PS5, hardwood floors and very relaxing balcony area with 100% privacy. Gated back yard close to the Atlanta Motor Speed way, the Pavilion, the mall and airport. Very comfortable beds, The master bed room has walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub all rooms have walk in closet. This location is also walking distance from the sports complex football field, tennis court and recreation center.

Unsanitary- keep scrolling!

Guests beware! They didn't give check in information until 30 minutes prior to check in, which is not noted in information so I had to contact Vrbo after no contact from host. Prior to check in I started getting emails about how the last guest left it horrible. Then I got another email that a pair of earrings were left behind and don’t mess with them so they could be secured. I called Vrbo at this point bc I felt like ol Tony was laying the ground work to say I trashed the place and stole the earrings. Vrbo advised me to take pictures and videos upon arriving to prove my innocence. Funny thing was there were no earrings to be found upon check in!We arrive at property, took one look upstairs and left the house & checked into a hotel. House is filthy, dog feces under one of the beds, cockroach on a rug, drinks left on the headboard of bed, dirt and stains all over the walls and baseboards. Carpet all stained. Mold and mildew on the bathroom vanity and all warped from the moisture damage. Air vents covered in dirt/dust. Host admitted there was an issue with cleanliness but refused a full refund. I have a child with asthma who cannot stay in conditions like this!! Had to pay for 2 nights of a rental I couldn’t stay in due to misrepresentation. Claimed house was cleaned prior to our arrival. So unfair to expect a guest to pay for a rental that was not sanitary enough to stay in. I have tons of pictures and videos I wish I could share with anyone considering this property.

Comfy Cul-de-sac

Home is clean and spacious. We choose this unit for the balcony over all. The host is very communicative and responds quickly. I would definitely stay again.

This neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. There are multiple stores that are very close as well as parks and recreation. The police station and fire department are Ruffly 5 min away. The Atlanta Motor Speedway is one hop and skip away!
