Our property is in a small town with a convenience store and home town diner within walking distance. This is a primary destination for outdoor enthusiast that like to hike, fish, climb, raft, kayak, hunt, or just adventure in the woods. We are only 15 minutes away from beautiful Webster Springs that boasts plenty of shopping and tourist attractions.

Our welcoming environment is a safe haven to allow people to enjoy nature without sacrificing modern amenities. From blazing fast internet, to catching huge fish in the pond, we have something for everyone. We are kid and pet friendly, and often host events throughout the summer. Our resident goats, ducks, and chickens are sure to bring a smile to your face and they will gladly eat your corn chips. A large lake nestled between two rivers is sure to provide the vacation you are looking for.
