Bring the whole family/business associates/cycling enthusiasts to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is outdoor space to enjoy and entertain. And we are located smack dab between downtown Bentonville/trails(4 miles) and downtown Rogers/trails (3miles), 5 miles from Beaver Lake and 1 mile from the Razorback Greenway (36 mile continuous paved trail great for walking or biking). We are also 2 miles from the Amp and the Pinnacle Promenade and tons of great restaurants!

Eclipse Getaway

The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. Three siblings with spouses, plenty of beds and lots of seating in living room. We explored Bentonville for a couple days before driving south & east for eclipse.

AAU Track Weekend

This was our first VRBO experience and it was fantastic! The home was exactly as listed. The home was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. It was great for the kids to have their own beds and space for the 3 day stay. If we are back in the future we will definitely return to this home.

Suggestions

This house was really nice. Could’ve used some hangers in the closet to hang our clothes up could’ve had extra toilet paper. Could’ve used salt, pepper, and sugar in the kitchen a few more spices. Other than that it was clean. It was pretty. It was very nice place to stay.

Very comfortable property. Not a pleasant place to spend time outside (needs cleanup and repair after tornado damage in the neighborhood, but understandably time is needed to do that). Front door difficult to lock. Very nice owners. Reasonable price. Good

So happy you were comfortable and that we were able to accommodate an early check-in for you. We are all sad a tornado hit our area. Tornados are challenging and require cleanup. We are all cleaned up and grateful the damage was minor.

short but sweet

the second night we were in rogers, ar, a tornado hit us around 1:00 am, spent the night in hall, power off around 2:00am, water in bedrooms, trees down all around the house, could not get out until around lunch next day,the host was great, checked on us right away, will stay there again, filed for a 2 night refund with vrbo, have not heard back from them yet, thank you Ms Sherri
