Seaside Serenity, relax and rejuvenate at Casa Abode to Joy in Playa Hermosa. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

This luxury 3 bedroom each with private ensuite making this the perfect rental for friends or family. 2100 square feet and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation getaway.

The outdoor space includes a private pool, large partially covered terrace with dining table and gas grill.
The space
The main floor includes spacious Livingroom with comfortable seating to relax with a view of the pool, a Flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi. Fully Equipped Kitchen with custom wood cabinets, stainless dishwasher, stove, double fridge, microwave, granite countertops. Breakfast bar and beautiful dining room table seating for 6 people. Patio doors leading to the terrace.

Main Floor 1/2 bath, Storage Room and Laundry Room equipped with Washer & Dryer.

3 bedrooms with walk in closet and ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests.

Bedroom 1 - King size bed, dresser walk-in closet. Private ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower, dual sink vanity and toilet. Safe, Ceiling Fans and Air Conditioning. Patio Doors leading out to your very own private patio with seating.

Really great house. Very inviting. Everything we needed was provided. Close to beaches, restaurants, and activities. I would chose to stay there for any more trips to Costa Rica!

This property is a very accurate representation of what is advertised on Vrbo, and we were pleased overall with our stay. The photos match the space well, the location is convenient, and even though it is on a busy road, noise was not an issue for us at all.The location is a strong plus: it is about a 10‑minute walk to the beach, where there are several restaurants and bars, so it is easy to head out for a meal or a drink without needing a car. The pool is on the smaller side but still perfectly good for cooling off and relaxing between outings.The unit itself is comfortable and functional, but there are a few areas where some relatively small improvements would make the stay even better. The kitchen would benefit from a few more utensils and, ideally, a vent or hood above the cooktop to make cooking more practical for guests who like to prepare meals in.There were also a number of deferred maintenance items that the owner should address to bring the property up to the standard the location deserves. One of the bathrooms had a leak under the sink; we notified the host and someone came to inspect, and it did not affect our stay because we did not need that bathroom, but the towels placed underneath suggested this was a known issue that should have been fully repaired before guests arrived.Overall, this is a good place to stay in a convenient area, and with some attention to maintenance and a few upgrades to the kitchen setup, it could be an excellent option for futur

Thanks for your review Ilan, we really appreciate your feedback. We are disappointed that you felt we did not meet a 5 star review, as you noted the property was as described and has many pluses. With respect to the maintenance issue you reported we were not aware of the issue and the towel must have been placed there by the guest that checked out immediately before your arrival without notifying us. As you noted since it did not impact your stay and was a relatively minor issue, we did not schedule the maintenance work under that sink as we did not want to disrupt your stay.
