Las Brisas Condo is a easy 50 meter walk to the soft sands beaches of Playa Hermosa- a certified blue flag beach!
Although its location makes Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

The pool is shared with only 4 condos which are rarely all occupied. Walking distance to a dozen restaurants. 24 hour gated security. Property manager on site. Gym included at Condovac Resort next door plus additional restaurants and amenities. Only 20 min from airport!
