Was convenient for everything we were there to do. My grandson had a football tournament. Thank you for sharing your townhome. Security guards were very courteous and loved the pools.

Everything was perfect. Exactly as pictured and very clean. Our only recommendation was to have more mirrors. We were on a girls trip and could have used more mirrors getting ready. Overall, I’d recommend the unit and was happy with our stay.

Great stay

Excellent in every way. Two tiny things that I would recommend though would be more clothes hangers in the closets and ice cube trays for making ice. Those are very minor and the condo itself and its location within the complex was great and it’s proximity to the strip was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was just as described, photos don't lie! Very well stocked and comfy beds. The 3rd floor was a bit rough with heavy suitcases, no elevator here. Pool was beautiful but way too cold! Walgreens, the Rio, and the Palms were walkable. Go with the Palms over the Rio, even if it's a little farther walk!

We had a few issues with connecting to the wifi, getting consistent hot water in the apartment, and using the pool amenities. I addressed the WiFi issue to the host, but it was unable to get resolved throughout the stay. Overall the apartment suited our needs and we enjoyed our trip to Las Vegas.

We stayed here for four nights while enjoying Vegas with my bother-in-law & sister-in-law. It was clean, well laid out for two couples & a perfect location. The instructions from Elaine were clear which made it easy!Denny’s & Walgreens was just around the corner within easy walking distance & Walgreens has lots of necessities(food & alcohol) to get you by. We did walk to the strip but ubering was easy & reasonable! We took in old Vegas, did the Grand Canyon helicopter tour, went to three other shows & enjoyed the strip.We also spent an afternoon lazily by the pool here which was lovely. Would definitely return here when visiting Vegas in the future!

Great Place to stay in Vegas

Elaine was extremely helpful with any and all problems, communication was excellent. The property was wonderful! It is not to far off the strip, but far enough to be quiet. Property was clean and comfortable for 4+ people.

Off the strip

Property was very nice as well as the appartment. There are a lot of stairs with no alternative. Lots of closet space. Place was very clean and inviting.

This location is very convenient to the strip and surrounding neighborhoods. The complex was pleasantly quiet and well kept. The beds are fantastic! The drawbacks were minimal.The pull out bed was not usable. Knowone could sleep on it. Check the head of the bed. The floors were surprisingly uneven in the livingroom and hallway. The hot water in the shower didn’t get hot only luke warm. This complex doesn't have elevators, so pack light lol! Overall we enjoyed our stay, the Hot Tub was a great amenity to relax after all the activities. I recommend you stay here. Clean, convenient, well maintained property.

Avoid if traveling with family, infants, or seniors.Our first experience with Vrbo was unfortunately very poor. We stayed here during my parents' first visit to the USA, and the property was entirely unsuitable for a family of five adults and an infant.• Accessibility Issues: The unit is on the third floor with no elevator. There was no mention of this in the listing. This was a major struggle for our elderly parents and for carrying baby gear. The host was dismissive when we raised the concern.• Check-in Chaos: We were initially directed to the wrong building by security. After carrying all our heavy luggage up three flights of stairs, the host informed us via Ring doorbell that we were at the wrong unit. we had to reload the car and repeat the process at the correct building.• Lack of Basic Amenities: Despite being listed for 6 people, there was only one comforter for two bedrooms. The host promised more but never delivered, forcing me to go to Walmart in the middle of the night so my family wouldn't feel cold.• Utility Failures: Hot water is extremely limited—barely enough for one person to shower. Furthermore, the air quality was concerning; the windows and patio doors are locked shut, and the thermostat indicated a "dangerous environment."The lack of communication and basic preparation made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this place for families.
