We would definitely stay again! Close to downtown but not too close and perfect to take the bypass to pigeon forge!

The bed mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable but we were so tired from all of our activities we still got a good night sleep

Hot tub and deck are extra nice. Not too far from downtown Gatlinburg.

Will definitely be back

The only thing we had an issue with was water pressure when getting a shower but on top of mountain its understandable and our hot tub could have been warmer. We were actually shivering in it.

Reviewer Comments: Last minute trip to enjoy snow in our beloved GSM with picturesque cabin and setting, wonderful views, nice amenities, all within city limits so well maintained roads, professional family friendly staff. Enjoyed our longtime favorite restaurants, Peddler, Howard’s, Crockett’s. Also, this cabin is close to Park entrance and not too far from outlet mall in Pigeon Forge. They had a blast sleeping in the loft, and we all enjoyed the large windows in the family room and fireplace. The house has great character, even the creakiness in the floor. We had plenty of pillows, blankets, and linens, and everything was clean.

October Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was nice. Cabin was clean. All plugs worked, but need more for electronics to charge. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Sheets need to be large enough to fit the mattress. Housekeeping forgot to plug in the hot tub so we missed out on using it the first night because we were afraid to plug it in. We called for assistance, but nobody would answer the phone on Friday, October 22nd at 5:45pm-6:00pm. That problem was corrected the next day.

I am so glad we were able to address the power to the breaker on the hot tub the next day and we are sorry that the after hours call did not work for that brief time. We can look into why that may have happened. We like our guests to know we are a call away when concerns arise and I am sorry we were able to fix that immediately.

Quick trip with the kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned a mini getaway with the kids over spring break the first week of April. We were hoping to stay in Paradise Point I since we've stayed there before but it was already booked. Suite One is cozy and charming and the kids thought the loft was the best! The cabin was rustic chic, but very clean and provided every amenity we needed and more. We made dinner in one night and had plenty of pots, pans and utensils to choose from. The beds were very comfortable too. The weather didn't cooperate as well as we had hoped, but we were able to hike up to Laurel Falls before the rain set in and we walked the Parkway and played a round of HillBilly Golf as well. We only booked 2 nights but it wasn't enough to get in everything we wanted to do so we definitely plan on visiting again soon!

My Stay at Sweet One

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just an okay stay. I wish I could say it was good. The beds were very uncomfortable, we hardly slept. The sheet was also way to small for the bed. We were supposed to be provided with firewood and we were not. There was little privacy on the deck or inside the living room where all the windows were open and visible to the cars driving by. The shower also had very little water pressure. I don’t really feel like we got our money’s worth out of the cabin.

Reviewer Comments: The little chalet was nice but it definitely needed some updates done to it the bed was comfy the couch needed replaced you could tell that it had been used a lot the hot tub was great nice and warm everything was there that we needed overall it was very nice and clean the driveway was a little steep with a few potholes they needed some gravel in there we got to see Bears every day while we were there which was pretty cool the weather was great for us overall the people were very nice to us

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting with Mt. Laurel chalet for a couple of years and have been in their properties 14 times already. We were glad to find a place available only two days before the 4th of July holiday but the happiness ended just after we got to this property. Completely outdated to the limit of acceptable. Was very dirty. We could hear the critters inside the walls during the evening and no washer and dryer. Excellent location and a great mattress on the only bedroom made me give two stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd trip to Gatlinburg and our second time using Mt. Laurel Chalets. Highly recommend them, customer service is outstanding. Suite One was just as expected. Quite and relaxing. Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Cabin was clean and well-maintained. Mostly had breakfast there then went into Gatlinburg to have a late lunch/early dinner. Just two of us, didn't cook much. One of out favorite restaurants is Best Italian, highly recommend them. I would definitely recommend this cabin and most definitely recommend Mt. Laurel Chalets.

The private deck was perfect for watching the sunrises and sunsets, and the cabin had wonderful amenities to make it feel just like home. We will definitely be back for our next vacation to Gatlinburg!
