Important Notice: This unit is a 3-bedroom unit offered within our larger 6-bedroom cabin, meaning 3 bedrooms are available for your use and all common areas and amenities. Please note that additional bedrooms and cleaning fees are not included in the price you paid. However, if you access to additional bedrooms, the following fees will apply:

$50 per night, per room for the entire stay in the off season
$100 per room per night in the high season, which is 5/15 - 9/15 and any holiday weekend
$75 one-time cleaning fee per room

Life of Riley provides games and gorgeous views.With two indoor and three outdoor pools, a basketball court, pickle ball court, and two playgrounds, this development does not lack in providing activities. That's not all! For the hikers and bikers. Howler Bike Park is filled with mountain biking trails - a great challenge and adrenaline rush for those who want it. Moonshine beach 5 minutes down the road, and State Park Marina 7 minutes away which includes availability for boat and jet ski rentals. White Water and Silver Dollar City just 10 minutes away. Activities are endless! The Waterfall Trail provides a 2-3 mile unpaved trail that crosses creeks, rock formations, and a waterfall. The White River Valley Trail provides a 11.75 mile moderate trail-great for hiking and biking. The Lakeshore Trail provides a 2.2 mile easy walking trail. These are just a few of many nearby trails to Life of Riley. The Highway 76 strip has grown in popularity for its family friendly multiple choice restaurants, entertaining shows, and museums like the Titanic and Hollywood Wax Museum.
