Located on the world famous street of Neptune Avenue in Encinitas, this fully remodeled, modern style home will be perfect for your dream beach vacation. No need to drive to the beach at this location! Simply pack a bag and walk to either the Grandview or Beacons beach assess where you will find stretching sand, the best waves in Southern California, and natural beauty that cannot be matched. The home is also surrounded by local shops, amazing restaurants, and a amazing community:)
The Space:
This Single Story home has a fully enclosed back yard. All amenities and beach gear are provided.
Located right on Netune ave your a 10 min Walk either north or south to two beach access points.
Come smell the Salt air and have a perfect vacation in this beach house.

Our digital check in guide will be sent over a day prior to your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
You are in the heart of Leucadia! Famous Neptune Ave is the best walking street in all of town. Walk north or south to two beach access points.the breath taking sunsets are unforgettable. Come Visit Beach Wolf Restaurant at the World Famous Moonlight Beach. Grab a bite to eat from killer Breakfast Sandwiches to coal fire roasted carnitas and Barbacoa Tacos. This funky beach neighborhood is one of the last places on the coast to still have the charm of a small town surf city. Family oriented, peaceful and quiet, unique, charming are all words that come to mind when I think of my home. Also right down the street is an amazing farmers market on Sundays where you will be able to truly immerse yourself in the culture of your temporary home:) Come enjoy what Encinitas/ Leucadia has to offer:)
