We stayed for a weekend for the Penn State game. House was spotless, clean as could be. Although we came fully prepared with personal items, if we did not, all was there if needed. Kitchen had everything. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay. All the deer hanging in the backyard was a bonus to see also

ATV long weekend

Joe's property is in a great location for ATVing on the SSRT and Bloody Skillet trails. The house has everything we need and more. We had another great time. We've enjoyed the house many times before and will be back again soon.

Graduation Celebration!

We used this property to be close to the Penn State University Park campus while celebrating our son's graduation. Everything was just as described and this provided a great venue as our home base for the entire weekend. It provided several family members to be able to be part of our celebration and cherished family time!

The house and yard were spotless. Host provided bottled water. We had a little problem with the heat not working the first night. When. I let Joe and Erika know they immediately responded and within less than 2 hours a repairman was at the door and solved the issue. Will definitely use the their service again.

Relaxing Weekend

This was a quiet, convenient location to stay for a weekend with family while visiting our son at school. The house had everything we needed to cook our own meals, plenty of space to socialize, and lots of beds and couches for our group. The homeowners answered all of our questions and ensured their home was spotless upon our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay!

Happy Valley Visit

This is our second stay here while visiting our son at school. It’s a quiet, peaceful area and an easy 30 minute drive to downtown State College. The VRBO has all the space our family needed with three roomy bedrooms, two cozy sitting rooms and a huge kitchen area. The owner was so easy to work with. We imagine we will make many more visits over the next few years.

4th Stay This Year

This is my "go to" VRBO when I ATV at Snowshoe Rails to Trails or Bloody Skillet. The house is in a great location, is always clean and has everything I need. Communication with the owner or the local maintenance person is always quick and easy.

Stay for PSU Football Game

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a Penn State football game. Had no problem getting an Uber to and from campus (30 minute ride). The house was super spacious and had everything you could need for a stay! Super clean and overall a great stay! Would recommend this place to anyone going to a game or just looking for a relaxing stay in the area. 10/10!!!

Situated on 10 acres and backing up to a small forest, it's incredibly peaceful, with easy access to hunting, fishing, hiking and a Rail- to-Trails access point. Yet, it is close to State College allowing you to take advantage of everything Penn State and the university town has to offer. Bellefonte, PA, is also a nice victorian town to explore.
